You done well with the takes! This is why I mainly avoid summer river fishing 😢 too much green, in and out of the water. Keep up the videos, I'm new here
Thanks Ryan. I know what you mean but have always had a liking for summer chubbing despite the obvious problems. This particular stream has become much more challenging over the past few years as nature has proliferated, as have some other places I fish.
Oh mate, really sorry about that first fish, looks like a nice little water, but oh boy, not easy, anyway, all the best mate. Im back on the Thames tomorrow and after some Perch, and target the Roach later.
You can indeed connect a GoPro to an external battery pack. Ive tried and that worked for me. The internal gopro batteries just arent reliable enough for a big fishing session.
Interesting! I assume from what you're saying that there's a modified battery cover that allows cable access. I'm new to GoPro so assumed the only way was to keep the battery cover open, which didn't seem advisable.
Just looked on the GoPro site and saw the USB pass-through adapter. Unfortunately out of stock at the moment but there's no rush. Thanks for alerting me to this.
Hi Bob, might have already posted , I Dredge my Luncheon Meat with "Chinese 5 Spice" powder from Supermarket spice Aisle which might also work on Bread ? I've also seen a Gingerbread additive powder in tackle shops/online.
Hi, thanks for the tips but although I've nothing against additives and flavourings I must admit I've never really bothered with them. A company sent me a couple of attractors for evaluation but I've only tried them when I haven't been getting bites, and to be honest in those circumstances they haven't made any difference. I flavour my already smelly cheese paste with garlic, which is about the extent of my use of flavourings. On streams (my preferred venues) I think finding the fish is probably more important than the bait but accept on more expansive waters there is a need to attract the fish.

Thanks Clive and the best of luck on the Thames.
@@BobGoesFishing Hello Bob, they said overcast and cool today, its hot and sunny, so we will go in some days time mate.
@@cliveeariss880 yes, it caught me out. Went for a Sunday walk and returned bathed in sweat! It’s going to get cooler later in the week.
There are times like you say when you have to take the hint and pack up .At least you caught something and the fish were well fed 😊
Yes, I got the message! Thank you for watching.

You need to buy the little door also so the cable can run through.
