    Sir If we have to find area of unit cell will we find for hexagon or rhombus??? .. area of both came out to be same .

      The rhombus is the usual unit cell shape for graphene. But you can take hexagon also as a unit cell. The primitive rhombus will have the same area as the hexgon.

    how come the carbon makes only 3 bonds and is still stable and neutral..it doesn't satisfy octet rule

      Well, chemists tell us that it is possible due to sp2 hybridization. This also happens in ordinary graphite.
