How one decide ,how much addition to back side hight scorch and bottom? Or it is standard ?And why we have to do that while cutting back side ?If hip size is bigger and thigh also big then same formula ?

Hello Dear, inner side comes up if crotch is small or you didn't add proper raise in the back crotch, also add proper ease in the thigh round measurement . You didn't mention from where your readymade Palazzo is tight & I'll share Tops & Dresses soon
