15 with two darts means you have six consecutive segments (16, 8, 11, 14, 9 and 12) to aim at. Two darts in any of those is enough. That might be the highest score on Bullseye with seven darts not to win the Star Prize.
At least one couple scored 100 with 6 darts. Also in the 1980s one couple scored something like 97 with 5 darts and the last dart hit the wire. How unlucky is that ?
