- This was the perfect weekend to get in some healthy self-care. I was able to take a cold dip in a cold plunge, hit the gym, get a full body massage, go to a scalp spa and run a few errands. Such a productive weekend and the weather was finally beautiful. Love weekends in LA like this! Thank you so much for watching and I will catch you in the next one!

You can’t see from this angle but they do have a filtration system that cleans the water. And lmaooo their drinks always got me wasting my time! 😆

Well, with that treatment you’d have to go in for multiple visits and I wasn’t willing to do that. I want more instant gratification so I decided to do the Cosmelan peel instead which was better for me. I will likely do it again soon. I plan to make a video about it in the distant future.
