Some songs, i never get over.
This song is so powerful. I had a compilation 2005 CD that included Avalon OUTSTANDING SINGER JODY MCBRAYER singing this tremendous song. Years later I asked my church's choir director to listen to this song requesting that he have the choir sing this song, however, after he listened to it he returned my CD and stated that, this is actually not an easy song to sing, and further, no one had the vocal range to sing it. Then I gave the CD to a church choir member to only listen to that one song and ask her what she thought of it. About three years have passed and, sadly, I no longer have that CD. Now here I am July 2015 and I search for this song, "You Were There" and God love you, I find it here. Thank you. This is one of the most profound songs I have ever heard; it moves me very deeply. You are very much appreciated. May God bless you and the people who listen to Jody sing this truly awe inspiring song. :)

Listening on 1st Jan 2021 at 6:20am, it raining outside.......
2 weks ago a lady rear ended my car sept 11/ 2022. Yesterday sept 23/2022 i got the check and chose to not getthe little scraps fixed. Today while on my way to the doctor my sept 24my rear control arm snapped while doing 65 mph. And all control of that car was gone literally swerving side to side like a ship on the waves there is no reason i shouldve been able to avoid a major accident. None at all except the Blood of a loving Christ. The enemy tried to take me out today. I mean literally on deaths door i dont imagine id survived without major injuries or death. but JESUS said no sir ti the enemy. Look at how he works he allowed that woman to hit me so i could get the check to fix what was broken because he knew the enemy would try to take me out not only did he provide safety during that trouble but he provjded resources to fix it otherwise id not had the money to get it fixed. What an awesome GOD we serve praise his name. Im still here nd th car will get fixed and the enemy is defeated again thank you LORD. HE WAS THERE!!!! YES NE WAS OTHERWISE I WOULDNT BE HERE. PRAISE HIS NAME!
