I was rolling my eyes ready to call BS on yet another “Ultimate” or “Best” Locksmith Van setup but I was wrong. For a small van with no windows I’m digging the setup. I love the pedal on/off for the key duplicator. I still think mine is better (for me) lol. Very nicely done, efficient. Gonna steal some ideas for my next build. Should update my “best” locksmith van video soon (it’s under A. Scalia lock & key).
Add a high security code key machine and a programmer or two. I was basically set up for your type of work and 2 years ago I added a high security code machine and better key programmers to the mix. Helped very well with the annual income
lol "safe on the cloud" Keep it on your own server if you want it protected. Pretty cool. I love being able to stand and work in my van. Doesn't look like you can stock much inventory, do you have to run back for hardware all the time? I normally have 8-12 closers , 4 entrance, 4 storeroom, classroom and so on plus some SFIC.
Hello how's it going? That a nice setup, I like that you have done with it and I'm interested in buying that vehicle next month. Are you able to give me some suggestions on what you have done and where you got your chair your toolbox and everything else?
Thanks! Toolbox from Home Depot. The drawers and shelving is made by Ranger. I'm thinking about a Passenger model Metris for my next one so I can have better AC in the back.
Magnets are the way to go… I just bought my wife a brand new Chrysler Pacifica last weekend & I’m in the process of converting her old 2016 dodge grand caravan over to a full blown work van for my Mobile locksmith company. I’m going to put one of my ilco/silca futura auto coded machines in it & my battery powered silca flash mobile key duplicator which is a cool handy little machine to have. You going to put any advertisement on it?
Yes, there are many controller kits out there. They also work with the stereo touch screen while driving and pop up when turn signaling. Working on getting them to make a birds eye view.
@@StevenNovak I agree. Having an organized and enjoyable workspace improves productivity and performance in every way imaginable. There are far too many guys out here who trash their vans and show little to no pride for their craft. Some of which can't even step foot in the back of their vehicles because they're trashed.
Also, who said I do residential? I specialize in safe opening. Many of my customers are locksmith companies that don't have someone who can do what I do. You should take notes instead of running your mouth.
Pretty nice setup. I think we all need to post videos of our vans!

This has to be one of the nicest setups I've seen. Really impressed by how well it's thought out and logical. Good use of the magnets too.
Thank you so much!
Great set up …
Clean & organized.
Great job pal !
Van set up is nice. Can you do a video on how you run the power
That is the coolest setup ever!! I really have to build something like that and start my mobile locksmith business and emergency lockout biz.
Go for it. I drew out plans and found materials to fit the plans instead of the other way around.
Amazing, good job👍👍👍🫵🌹
Thank you so much!
Best build I've seen so far! The only thing I didn't like was the phone mount on the monitor lol
Me neither. It was a gift so I had to use it for a while. It's gone now

Thanks, but I specialize in safe opening and repair, with regular commercial facility work. Haven't done automotive work in decades.
@@StevenNovak One day I might try my hand with safe work
@@2815Juan I worked at a safe company. Took many years and thousands of jobs to get proficient. Super hard and not for everyone but it pays very well.
I like you magnetic seat idea 👍
Thanks! There are so many magnet solutions in there!
Nice and Clean... I like it!!
Your van is the bomb great video
Crazy man I love it
I need one of those nap taking chairs. lol
Cool setup.

Your set up is awesome! P.S. In a future video could you show us how to make the Blitz battery compatible?
Yes plz
I assume it is a 12 volt dc blitz, running off a milwaukee 12v tool battery? @@edgardrodriguez1395

What master key software do you use? It looks unfamiliar to me.
It's just Number on Mac. I type the bitting sequence of progression out manually as needed.
I was wondering how do get all those machines bolted down. Building my own van soon so I’m curious.
Depends on the machine. I made a wedge for the HPC. Inside the wedge, a single lag screw secures it to the oak bench top allowing it to swivel.
Where’s that Halloween display this year? I wanna see it!
Ha! I'm taking this year off.
Does your camera system upload to a cloud automatically? Would like to have cams on mine but have it upload automatically just in case of an event

How did he run the HPC blitz on 12 volt battery?
I replaced the motor with a DC12V motor
thats awsome.

No tools go through here.
Immediately steps through there.
Where did you get the work bench/cabinets?
Ranger. But I cut them and assembled the materials to fit my design.
What type of camera system you have , is that a apple computer
They’re just regular outdoor USB cameras connected to the Mac
What program do you use on your computer?
It's Apple Numbers. Similar to XL
Do you still have this truck ?
how much you spend all the tools
It's gotta be well over 30-40K for everything that's in the back.
What a waste of money , all that just for residential and commercial ...
The return on investment is incalculable. It improves my work efficiency more than it does impress my customers.
