- Welcome to my Survival Challenge which was requested by some of my viewers. We are starting with no money in the bank account. We have a small 23hp tractor and a small car trailer. How far can we go?

Being raised on a farm myself, fuel for the tractor is as important as the seed planted. We would never, ever let a tractor get so low on fuel. On our farm walking 10 miles with a Jerry can was not an option. We could not afford the wasted time.
Absolutely in a country like Ireland running out of fuel in your tractor in the middle of nowhere isn’t fun but if you have a phone there is a bit of hope

We had that same Ferguson tractor on our farm growing up. Was not uncommon for it to pop wheelies for even the slightest weight. My job was often to be the front weight haha.
This is probably my most favourite series it’s close to survival roleplay and better then some of those episodes, it’s just different and so fun!
Not sure if this has been said yet, but you sound EXACTLY like Cheerful Charlie from Clarkson's Farm! Everything about the way you speak lol. So fitting as you play a farm sim.

Daggerwin save up for a small wind mill like the old broken one beside your house so you can get a little more income
You have all the tools, try repairing the windmill. It'll probably cost some money in parts but could be a source of income.
Windmill is decoration. You can sell it for 400 (and buy a working one for 17k).
DreadX10 So the reparation cost is 16600. Sounds fair to me.
You should get a small square baler! They are cheap, they are easy to transport and you dont need a loader!
I love this series but I wish you would give it priority over something else, this is the most engaging series I have ever found by you

just a thought , with regsrds to the money at 1.42in the vid behind the grain silos as you look at them but to thr right of the storage shed you see a broken wind mill. if you can fix that and get it working it generates electricity and trickles the power into the grid which trickles cash back into your wallet so you dont have abig headache for money
with regards to tractor power,save up and buy thr teatanom from the ferguson pack
i would recommend you that in the future you buy ZETOR 5211 cuz its a really good tractor for the start

Hello daggerwin, there is a mod called diesel mod wich allows you to buy oil barrels and canisters. It could help you a lot by buying a small 25 liter canister
Also a 100l seed bag as well
Dagger win puts so much hours into entertainment for us you should appreciate him
The bales in the little shed u can sell that’s what helped me a bit
if your willing to use mods look in to some of the Russian tractors and implements , lots of old and rusty stuff that works and is cheap.

There is grain in the silo that you can sell
if you want a bigger tractor get the tandem Ferguson from that pack
I've dug into the mod files. The Ferguson tractors have about half tye weight the did in RL. I adjusted It for my own games.
Daggerwin don’t use the sickle mower I tried it on my lone oak farm and the lowered mower with that tractor is too low, just make sure that it works first just try it in another save game:}
I like this map done a survival series on PS4 with 4 people lets just say it didn’t go very well 😂
I just started watching this series a couple days ago and didn't realise that it was months old. I was literally disappointed last night when I finished this episode thinking that I would have to wait days for episode 3. I really want to try this challenge myself too, it looks like a lot of fun :)
One of the tings that i see is that you are scarde of how much fule you have but when you go from it you dont turne it off

I’ve seen another UA-camr do this but he does a timelaps and has it on easy and just sells loads of timber so by like episode 10 he’s got loads of land tractors and a combine witch just makes the series boring daggers way is the right way I think

tbh i like playing fs this way better than just starting with a million, i'll usually start on new farmer as well just so i can have the satisfaction of working my way up
What is the mod that lets you pick up heavier stuff? It's getting a bit annoying to barely be able to lift logs of a certain size.

@@tobycoston2971 When buying the thing for sowing seeds (can't remember the name now) there was the option to not buy scrapers with it, which reduces the cost by £200. He mentioned it when checking the price a few moments earlier and when actually buying it, he forgot... Oh well.

There is a deutz Fahr tractor (small tractor) mod with around 100 hp and is cheep so you could get that as a tractor upgrade

Daggerwin, it would be useful if you are looking for a mod that has handheld seed and fertilizer bags. it is not only small, but also cheap and you don't have to use a front loader

You should not use the mod that lets you lift anything in my opinion because the logs that you are lifting are way bigger than the ones you would usually be able to

Daggwin I think there is a fuel mod that make fuel consumption more realistic
Maby you should make a big stack of trees ij case you need money on short notice just like now you got 2pounds short you could just trow a log in the chipper and resume work faster👍🏻

When I PuT the mods in the mod folder and i launched the game, it didn't say that I had the mods
Daggerwin with those logs they sometimes glitch out if you sell them as they are a placeable and will sometimes randomly respawn and I've had them lag out my game
Check the Diesel Mod. It allows you to buy various sized fuel drums so you don't have to keep going back to refuel.
Daggerwin- the one hand bag on the mod hub is very useful for not large amounts of seeds,
Use increased fuel consumption but don't download it until you get another tractor cause it runs out of gas FAST if you have it on
“No shortcuts” - while using super strength enables via mod!
Wouldn't be to expensive to buy the front loader and forks 🙃
Dagger if you are using a non reversible plow in a realistic series don’t use I like a reversible
Yep and make sure to only use the two bottom plow with the standard tractor because realistically, that’s all it would pull in real life.

If u use the diesel mod and then buy £20 fuel canisters they can carry 20 litres and that’s a full tank of the little classic u have
daggerwin you should replace the cultivator with the plow, upgrade your tractor a little and buy a small direct drill

If you find a small potato planter you can use that really small potato harvestor on modhub, ive used it before and it works really well.
You csn get 100 litre bags of seed and fertilizer on modhub

You really should get rid of the lifting mod. When you can lift entire trees and pallets it's as bad, if not worse than cheating money. When I play survival type modes it's about making the farm work and enjoying the slow growth and the satisfaction that comes from that. Not rushing to the end to just get it over with.
