Hi Guys, Thank you for the video. I am applying for my PR through my citizen wife and want to use an online portal for the application. I am confused about the photo requirements and digital vs physical photos. My understanding is that all the documents need to be submitted online and the photo requirements that are available online (not in the portal) talk about the front and back photo but is it the same photo we have to upload online or it could be different. Can we take a digital picture at home for the portal and will there be a request coming in the future to send physical photos?

Hii Feanshu and keerat , i have two quieries firstly , as we are going to do love marriage with simple way no more functions ( bcz intercaste issue )with only anand karaj ceremony and small reception party then there will be any objections in my spouse PR case.

What if you are only court married and don't have pictures of a wedding ceremony?
I think marriage certificate would be fine.also submit fotos, call history, joint bank accounts , letter of explanation etc..the only thing is that we should proove that the relationship is genuine and the immigration officer should be convinced

Actually I have applied my passport and got appointment for 25th of this month so should I apply for PCC now ?? Like will the issue and expiry date will change on new passport because PCC form require these things
You might have completed your passport re-issuing and obtaining PCC process by now. I have same doubt, I think passport issue and expire date will be changed on new passport and passport number as well. So we can only apply for PCC after getting a new passport.

I have all my email conversation with my spouse in english, but in our Whatsapp chat we do have our conversation from past 5-6 years with 90% in our native language(typed in English).
1) So do you think I need to translate our Whatsapp chat?
2) If I do a translation, do I need to add screenshots of my Whatsapp chat as well?
