Blanco is the best steak seasoning I've had in a long time! Covered some T-Bones with it for the first taste test, and WOW! I'm going to make sure to never run out of this one!
Try Jolly Roger jalapeño garlic black rub. I have yet to find anything that even comes close. Tri tip, steaks, absolutely untouchable. I'll have to check out the blanco though
Awesome, Matt! Captain Ron actually turned me on to that chimichurri about 2 years ago, and it's excellent. I've actually used it dry as a rub on grilled pork chops, and it was pretty good. And, being a NYer, it was great seeing you on our late night TV!
made my purchase of the BLANCO, couldn't wait for it to show up in my local seasoning store... weather has been great for grilling excited to give it a try!
Just bought this Blanco rub at a local butcher here in Toronto. They recommended it use it for a brisket i was making this weekend and tbh i was a little skeptical at first but man was I wrong. My brisket turned out amazing, the flavour profile was perfect! I can see myself using this for brisket from now on. Can’t wait to try it on steak.
I keep watching your videos and buying the seasonings before i actually use them 😅. Just bought the Blanco and chimichuri, but opened both immediately for my steaks!
I wish i had a neighbor like Matt...lol. Thanks for sharing, Matt, and i can't wait to try some blanco seasoning. It will look nice next to my collection of MC seasonings.
Got some of that Blanco at Heights Meat Market in Brandon, FL when Rosalie was cooking up some Masters sliders. It's your best seasoning IMO.... Bro.... that brown water selection is legit
Another great cook Matt! Wow, is the Al Frigoni Chimi mix awesome! Had it two nights in a row on bison steaks...phenomenal! Now will have to try out some Blanco.👍
I love this stuff man! I've used over 2Tbsp of it so far, just received my 4 pack a few days ago, on everything! Marinades, used as a rub, used at the table to add to a plated meal. I've even caught myself shaking some in my hand and taking a hit of it here and there. 😂😂
That's a great looking meal. I can even imagine that seasoning going great on some popcorn. For corn on the cob, it would be ideal. Cheers, Matt! 👍🏻👍🏻✌️
Just ordered it and also bought the Chicken Fried Steak breading on The Jungle website. Didnt see the Blanco on there but found the breading so win win... Weller Antique 107 is super good as well. Im sure your aware...lol. trying this recipe this weekend.
I love it Matt! We did some blanco with hot honey hog on some St. Louis ribs the other day. They were killer. The video quality is top notch too by the way!
That's Wellers single barrel? That label looks like Wellers Antique 107. Perfectly cooked steak! My favorite way to cook a steak also. And I see a bottle of Blantons.
Awesome video, Matt! Do you recommend bringing the steak out of fridge ahead of time before grilling? Or any method of tenderizing? Or just season it and go? Thanks!
My order of Blanco finally arrived after USPS lost it, found it and then rerouted it wrong 🙄. Anyway, I smoked some buffalo wings with the Blanco and it was AMAZING. My wife who normally doesn’t like wings went back for seconds. Probably my favorite so far from Meat Church.
Super nice camera work and vid! also, for those who don’t know the price of those 2 bottles of Weller second hand would probably get you a couple hundred shakers of blanco! 😂 wish I was in the Dallas bourbon club.
That WLW thooooo fire. It’s crazy how 1792 full proof beat it in whiskey bible magazine. I have it at home and it’s delicious. 45 bucks vs 2,000 or more. Can’t beat it
Looks great, just ordered some blanco. But I looked and looked at you website for the chimichurri seasoning and couldn’t find it. Could you put me a link to it please?
Come on Meat Church. Reverse sear is the only way to cook a steak. 225 low and slow up to about 110. Then sear that bad boy for a minute or two on each side with a nice compound butter. Chefs 💋
I got that Blanco before everyone! I been putting that shit on everything! Did a 4 lb bottom round roast and seasoned it with Blanco heavily and vacuum sealed it for 3 days and then Sous Vide it for 23 hrs at 134 and then seared it at 500 and rested it for 15 minutes. Sliced up and I’m telling you it turned out like PRIME RIB!!! Freaking delicious. I’m so glad I had the first opportunity to get this Blanco at Whiskey Ranch a couple weeks ago. I already know I’m gonna have to buy a 5 pounder. I need that chimichuri sauce recipe that you put on those beef ribs that night! Omg it was a game changer! Thx Matt
This looks great. I'd try it if my Blanco seasoning that I ordered "before it hits store shelves later this month" ever gets here. I should have just waited for it to arrive locally. It's been sitting at "label created" for over a week. Lesson learned.
Thank you for your reply! "All chiefs use MSG" that statement is just a faulty generalization, don't you agree? Not sure what myth you guys are talking about, but adding a flavor enhancer to seasoning feels like cheating where the quality of the ingredients you cook with doesn't matter anymore. No wonder you can put it on anything. You can cook toilet paper with msg and it will taste good 🤭 Just a humble opinion of a customer.
Wow Matt nice flex with the Weller sib, WLW and Blantons gold. Well done.
Huge flex
Was literally about to write the same comment big flex for Mr. Meat church lol love it
This video should be allocated.
Those are dang good bottles.
Literally what I said as my wife and I were watching the video lol
The quality of this video is definitely up a level!
Thanks!!
Love it and the instant chimichuri recipe. Done the recipe 3 times now.
Just snagged the Blanco seasoning this evening at Academy. Can’t wait to try it!! 👍😎😎👍👍🔥🔥🔥
Just bought some Blaco today from my local Ace Store. Can’t wait to use it. Excellent, thank you Sir
Have fun!

I can't wait to try some Blanco on my veggies. I season everything with Holy Voodoo and I'm excited to have an alternative.
It's so good!

Had Blanco on some ribeyes last night fantastic!

Looks like an amazing meal. Great bourbons as well!
It was!
@@MeatChurchBBQ I ordered that chimichurri mix on Amazon and will be looking for Blonco next time I am at Ace. Thanks!

I used the Blanco seasoning the other night on some pork sirloin chops and it was good.
Bad ass!
Man, I want that Blanton's with that steak. Damn good stuff!

Everything looks cool in slow-mo

Maybe if Meatchurch put a label on some bottles and sold them I could find one of those bottles. Nice work!

Now I’m gonna impress the little woman once again. Thanks Matt!

I’d like to have one of those meat church cutting boards
We offer them in Meat Church BBQ Supply

My wife got me a bottle of Blanco for my birthday! I broke it in that day with some tritip , I ain’t mad at it!!
I appreciate that!
Looks great! I've been a Kinder's Buttery Steakhouse user for years. But I may have to buy a bottle for science.
Love it.
What do you think about Blanco on beef ribs?
When's the new seasoning shipping out? Mine still shows it is in Waxahachie
We ship same or next day so that would be a USPS updating issue.

Showing off the good bourbon 😂 The William Larue is my unicorn. It’s the one in haven’t had and I’ve had the 15 year Pappy.
SOOOOO good. Cheers!
Hi Matt would you do a video on Oxtail? If not which of your rubs would you use? Besides Holy Cow? Blanco & Voodoo?
Been getting all my meat church seasoning at our local academy
Is that the Mill Scale open file skillet? Been waiting for them to become available again.
Yes. Made by Irongrove Tool Co
You’re back, bro!
Came back last week. :)
Hopefully my academy has it in stock soon.
Week of 3/25

I couldn’t find the chimi seasoning on your website
We do not sell it online but Al does.
Hey Matt, How about a Canadian Bacon recipe video?
Goode idea. :)

Regarding Blanco seasoning, Is this duplicative of some of the other MC seasonings? other than the color.?
No
Just got your seasonings and rubs here in Ukraine today (thanks to my buddy)! 🇺🇦 War is not a reason for not making a good BBQ
Nice commercial thank you for sharing
Love meat church! But this new video style not so much. It seems a little over produced. But still love the church. Bleeds you all
Wasn't ready for the slow motion effects 😂

How do I get a meat church glencairn?!
Inside Meat Church BBQ Supply
What’s for Paddy’s day? Smoked corned beef?
Family vaca for Spring Break so I'm not cooking. Otherwise it would be Corned Beef!
I assume Blanco could be a great choice for a brisket cook also?
I would add pepper.
@@MeatChurchBBQ without question
Can that glencaairn be purchased
Yes inside Meat Church BBQ Supply
Love the humble brag with all the allocated bourbon no one else can get!
Bourbon is about relationships. :)
did you say tomato moz salad, cant find the recipe and its not below
Equal parts tomatos, mozz. Add olive oil, BLANCO & our garlic & herb. Basil optional.
The Bourbon Club should auction off a bottle of Elmer T Lee
We usually do things like that around our picks. Haven't had tht bottle in the club. I do enjoy it personally.

Desired and intentional for the umami. ALL chefs use MSG. The MSG myth was busted years ago. Cheers!
