Questo sistema è stato sviluppato per velocizzare le procedure di cambio stampo per macchine ad iniezione plastica.
I moduli magnetici della serie Sympli sono realizzati disponendo all’interno di una robusta struttura di acciaio, magneti alnico e neodimio di alta qualità.
La disposizione dei magneti è di tipo a scacchiera, ed è ottenuta alternando polarità nord a polarità sud. I magneti cosi disposti generano la forza di ancoraggio quando vengono attivati.

This system has been developed to speed up mould change procedures for plastic injection machines.
The magnetic modules of the Sympli series are made by placing high-quality alnico and neodymium magnets in a sturdy steel structure.
The arrangement of the magnets is of the checkerboard type, and is obtained by alternating north polarity with south polarity. The magnets thus arranged generate the anchoring force when activated.
