Als Frutigerin in den USA, ich habe mich jedes Jahr auf die Zueglete von der Familie German gefreut, die mit ihren Kuehen nach Elsigen gingen. Wir sind auf dem Balkon gestanden und haben den mit Blumen geschmueckten Kuehen und ihren Glocken ein guter Aufstieg gewuenscht. Vielen Dank fuer dieses Video. Hat mich enorm gefreut.

These bells are made of sheet metal and are not heavy and are only put on on the way to the alp, when they are at the top they are removed again. swiss tradition
@@rsraman3273 Yes, the bells on the way to the Alp are very light. But the cows, especially the lead cow, are VERY proud to wear these bells. And the leading cow, will not let another cow pass her.
