So who is Michael Herrera and what does he claim? First appearing publically in the summer of 2023 and then being confirmed as a first-hand whistleblower in the AARO Historical Report Volume 1, Michael Herrera claims to have experienced a massive, 300-foot-long, octagonal UFO in the jungles of Indonesia while serving in the USMC. This operation was not NHI, but run by a rogue military force who seemingly operated a revere-engineered craft and performed human transportation in the earthquake-ravaged environment.
Following his 2023 public appearance on Steven Greer's Press Club panel, Michael claims to be approached by an "insider" who works in reverse engineering on NHI tech. This insider is allegedly pro-disclosure and wishes to trust Michael to leak small pieces of the USG black program's operations.
Both the claims of witnessing the craft and meeting the insider seem wild and fantastical at first glance, but is there any truth or threads to pull on to validate the story of Michael Herrera and the underground UAP black group? Fortunately, Joey and myself sat down to take a critical lens and discuss the case top to bottom.

Thank you for being super cautious and deliberate with your interpretations of evidence and being very clear when you either lack sufficient evidence to make a well-informed opinion or when you may not have enough knowledge on a particular type of evidence to analyze it effectively.
Too many people, including some UAP podcasters, make snap judgments without taking a breath to think “is this a wholly subjective opinion?” “Am I informed enough to make this judgment?” “Should I take a moment to think before I speak/post?” Even when that is done with the best intentions, it’s a problem.
Your effort to present good evidence and analyze it - but with a sense of humility in the process - is exactly what this community needs.

Just finished. Speechless GERBS. Hands down, this is your best one yet. Honestly, I had dismissed Herrera, but looking back, I just lumped him in with Greer, never really having done the work that you and Joey did -- to properly vet him. It happens far too often in this community -- we react then think (if even then). We are literally crowding out room for debate and provocative discussion. Everyone has an agenda -- getting us to buy in or dismiss. I can honestly say that you are the only channel I have found that enables thinking and discussion. Fine selection in having "Joey" as your first live guest. Not once did I feel like he was telling me what to think. Both of you are extremely intelligent, sober, critical but deeply contemplative. i found him very credible the first time i heard his story knowing nothing about him. He seemed like a guy who had been through something that was pretty traumatic and just wanted these scumbags to be brought to justice and the guy put his ass on the line for his country. It did not seem like he enjoyed any bit of this, he did it because it was the right thing to do and it did not seem easy. This kind of thing would be very difficult to fake, people do not understand the effort that would have to go into that. why would the government put all this effort into spreading disinformaiton about them committing horrific crimes. There is no benefit to that, i dont see how a military would want their enemies that they were human trafficking for any counter intelligence operation. Its very hard to fake this kind of thing without someting giving it away, the internet combs through everything, its impossible to lie and not give it away with body language or something, humans have strong intuition for this kind of thing. i cant stand when peopel are so skeptical of someone because they block out their intuition which is something that give just as much weight to as the other evidence. You dont need to be so skeptical of people that cearly have nothign to gain and there is nothing that contradics their story. These guys testified in front of congress under oath and provided signed afadavits.

I get it that you are wary of Greer, but the reality is that since the late 90s and early 2000s, he's brought forth many, many credible people over the years, some.of the best to ever speak on the topic from within respected 3 letter agencies with provable credibility. To disregard anyone he brings forward is a mistake. That's akin to not being able to separate the message from the messenger. Greers ego it's own issue- separate from the quality of others that he brings forward.

I just don't like that Herrera appeared on Cosmic Disclosure, you would think true whistleblowers wouldn't go on that show in my opinion. But I'm still open to Herrera's story or at least a portion of it since some people like to embellish a little. If Herrera's story is true, this is disturbing.

Mr. Herrera said and described something with the object he saw and it really struck me and it had one particular object that is in common with something we saw in Texas. It was in August of 1990, late afternoon while driving on a country road. We saw an object that was large, looked metallic and it was reflecting what seemed like the colors of the setting sun but when the end of it came into view, the end of it was a a black pyramid. It looked like glass but it was not reflecting or had any glare but yet, you could see the defined edges and clearly make out the pyramid.
Fascinating story! Is there anything else you remember about the sighting like noise emanating from the craft or travel speed?
Maybe the "cold war" Grusch referred to wasnt just between other countries.
(for me) Certainly makes the MANY 'whistle-blowers' apparently coming forward; a lot more logical.

Ive not known what to make of this story, although i dont detect a liar in Mr. Herrera, his story is concerning on many levels. If true then we have a seriously major problem, greater than any NHI consideration. But its easier to understand the motivation of people than an NHI which may possess modes of thinking and reasoning humanity may never fully comprehend. Who was driving, compared to loading and securing? It's troubling as we clearly have a series of parallel realities here, way back from the early start of the century. People often suggest, if this tech was available, why would anyone spend money of an F22. Its simple, a quantum leap means you need not concer oneself with mundane politics. Hold that tech, create a new reality. Breakaway cooperation, not civilization. Again UFOGerb, Seriously fine work.

I think the best thing about Joey undertaking this research is how he keeps himself in check with Michael. He doesn’t rush in headfirst to believe everything Michael says, but takes his time to perform research and still remains skeptical on various things

Hey, lay off old man Greer, he's a veteran, sonny. Let the old fella amp it up a bit with 'guns in the face', it's rhetorical. They Did have guns on them with malicious intent, didn't they. But that's a little less poetic, figurative and in a punchy way it carries the very real threat that is the Point of all of this. I want to add a small info that not many people seem to know. The President of Indonesia was in a meeting with Obama in USA when Herrera saw the UFO. The president of Indonesia also decided to flew straight to Padang, Indonesia (where the earthquake occured) from USA after the meeting.

why would you have been skeptical of herrera? he didnt seem like he enjoyed the experiance, he seemed very traumatized about it and wanted to tell the authorities because he loves his country and wants these scum bags to be brought to justice. then try to get on with his life. People do not understand how hard this kind of thing would be to fake, pretty damn hard. and nothing about what he said seemd scripted or reheresed. it was raw like someone who experienced a real event.

So we know Herrera was part of a mission there. Interesting take at 39:30 I hadn't thought of. Say he really didn't have a weapon, why lie about it? It's in no way an essential part to the story; the result of the encounter would have been the exact same with or without weapons. Why lie about that part?
If there was no evidence that he had been part of any humanitarian mission at all, then it would make sense to say that maybe he didn't know about the no weapons part and claiming he had a weapon was just a way to make the story believable. But since people are corroborating that they indeed went on said mission, I'm not seeing why Herrera would lie about having a weapon given that no part of the story really necessitates him and his team having weapons.
I'm not saying he's not lying, but lying about the weapons does seem unnecessary and makes it a bit less plausible (to me) that it would be a lie.
This is a great point. Michael could have EASILY said he was sent to Indonesia and even encountered the UFO not being equipped with a rifle. This is an extra detail that would seem ridiculously stupid for him to lie about….

This is a good update to the Herrera story. I found the story very hard to accept and still do.
1. Your work indicates that Herrera knew there were people in the black containers, which I wondered how he'd know that? Why would they be terrified. Screaming, kicking etc to get free etc.
2. If I accept 2, then why? We've already realized that not all minds and brains can operate all aliens vehicles. This is kinda obvious, as a vehicle was developed for and tailored to a particular being. The method of the tech can be engineered, or reversed if it's that unique. Not many are. So the story is about people and drugs. Drugs don't cut it. We can grow anything - it's not a reason to get several tons of something, when the projects are so black that money is unimportant. People? Very hard to believe. That after an earthquake with so many people on the move, for rescue projects, that a whole bunch of people went missing? What's the story, that they were washed out to sea? If others saw them alive, how's that normal. Foreign soldiers, with guns would standout. Black containers would standout. It'd be easier to ask prisoners in odd countries to volunteer then wait for a mass emergency rescue to take on this op.
3. Herrera says an Air Force General debriefed him, without any witnesses on-board the Denver. Sure. Not standard by any stretch. Whoever it was can be corroborated, as a General would be on the ships personnel logs, unless it's all dark.
4. Herrera says there were numerous black helicopters loitering over his house. Ok. Photos? I'm sure his neighbors would also be observing and annoyed.
The whole story hinges on people and drugs. I find it hard to believe that for all the advances we've made on Alien vehicles, that we're holding out to still use what they've promised us with consciousness/intent, while throwing people at the problem rather than find a work-around. Drugs? This makes me amused. I don't think so. This is all black and money isn't an object to anyone.

Yes, we’ve been able to identify a probable radius but Michael doesn’t know the specific LZ coordinates. Also the UFO was stationed in a clearing in lush jungle, the marines were able to observe just the pyramid top from their ridge vantage point. It’s likely with how low this craft was, observing it from nearby settlements would be next to impossible

I trust Mike and NotJoey, not so sure I teust the "insiders" but if they brought him to real locations and allowed him to do some kind of vetting anf provided him details, I can see why Mike would be convinced. However, if they wanted to throw him off the real trail, i could see them pulling out a "sophisticated" (Grusch word) pay-op lile this. All that said, the information doesnt seem to be psyop info, but rather, it seems to fall in line with decades of evidences and supportinf testimonies regarding crash retrieval. This makes it hard for me to believe that its a psyop, unless they dont care about people knowing a out crash retrieval, and its more about the motives/motivations thay they want to assert which are fakse. Remember, Mike first thought this was drug running, then human teafficking- and this is a thrid world country, where human trafficking is the number one profiteer of illegal $ ops- and its highly possible that black budget ops who have escaped congress and overaight, would need to fund this massive operation through illegal means. Think about all the security alone, the weapons systems to take these craft down, then the syndicates and signals platforms communications and gatekeeping- were talking massive amounts of money here.

I have run the full spectrum on this account of events - from a feeling of certainty to strong skepticism. Ultimately I find myself in disbelief that a group of marines providing a security detail for an operation said absolutely nothing to their superior when they returned to the helicopter landing site. They said nothing about a group of men who were armed and dangerous even though that group was less than a kilometer away from the people and property they were to provide security for. I've known several marines - my Dad was a marine. It just doesn't seem possible that none of them would say anything.
