I love self improvement books, i just find it hard to read and be really present whenever i am reading a part or chapter that doesnt peak my intrest. Normally i would end up buying them and never finishing them
Any tips? Maybe a video idea

just move on to the next chapter, pick up the book again at another time and read that chapter when you think it suits you. depends on what type of book youre reading though. what are you reading right now?

48 laws of power, Think and Grow Rich, Art of War and Mastering a Positive Attitude, for the most part i read the laws and Mastering a Positive attitude

yeah for the first three you can always go back and read a chapter, I am not too sure about the last book
