It sounds like the creator who did Mario Kart Wii Deluxe decided to add some Classic Voices to Mario from the N64 era, like from Super Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, and Super Mario Sunshine. Maybe Luigi should get added reused Classic Voice Lines next, Luigi's Voices in Mario Kart Wii Deluxe can sound like the voices he had in the U.S. Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart Double Dash, Luigi's Mansion 1 and Super Mario 64 DS. Since the same voice actor who voiced Luigi in Mario Kart Wii also was the same voice actor who voiced Luigi in Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart Double Dash, SM64DS, and Luigi's Mansion 1.
