This woman is full of lies and lacks accountability. This is not reality TV. The courthouse has metal detectors for a reason. Jailing her was excessive, and now she's twisting this into a race, gender, and political issue. Just stop. If you were told "NO" weddings, you should have adhered to that directive. You swore you could do the job and then claimed you could learn and become qualified. As a supervisor, it's your responsibility to ensure your staff is properly trained and following protocol. Welcome to real leadership.

She keeps trying to pose as a ‘classy-based’ AA woman, but dragged out the arrest like she was unstable, had no clue about basic laws regarding arrests and representing HERSELF in a legal situation (since she’s a JUDGE), and like she had no respect for the system of which she’s ultimately a member; and seemed to reveal that she may engage in abuses of power (all that obvious badge reading/name bullsh** no matter how politely she was being questioned); she carried on for hours when she could’ve been home in bed by then via signature bond - and as a JUDGE had to be TOLD that by the officer. @@xavierb9061 No, not true. The woman she put in jail had gotten married and had just recieved her real birth certificate from Asia with her "real" father's name on it. She wanted to correct it in probate on her US Marriage document. She never said she lied, she even showed the document and with the envelope and the "translated" document to Peterson. Peterson "accused" her of lying, and through her in jail. The JQC also investigated this and the proof and according to the JQC, Peterson was supposed to advise the woman that she would need an attorney to help her, she (Peterson) never did that. Part of the "Systemic Incompetence" and just one of 20 reasons she was removed from the bench!

V-103 should be ashamed for promoting this nonsense. This situation clearly illustrates that possessing a degree doesn't automatically make one qualified for a job. While a degree might get you a seat at the table, maintaining that position requires much more. I strongly believe in equal opportunity, which is essential for everyone. However, an overemphasis on equal outcomes can result in hiring unsuitable individuals like this. I fully support workplace diversity and believe in providing opportunities to qualified candidates, but this person is a mess.
The key lesson here is that education can open doors, but only character can keep you in the room.

It’s her poor behavior, overall bad conduct, horrible judgement & lack of integrity. And how you punched a cop in the head. She is dangerous. She has no capacity to self reflect and come to the healthy conclusion of “What did I do? Could I be in the wrong? Is this my fault? “
