Thank you for clear, simplistic instructions. This is one of my favorite Applebee's appetizers. I can no longer afford to eat out as often as I used to, so I'm very grateful to you for providing an easy, smart & affordable alternative. ❤❤
Yummy! They look great! These are my favorite thing to get at Applebees. When they first came out, they also had pulled pork won tons. They were amazing!
Looks amazing! Can't wait to try this recipe. This is my favorite thing to get from Applebees but eating out can be so expensive!! It'll be nice to enjoy these at home. :D
Thanks SOOOOO much, I literally had these at Applebee's and HAD to try it the very next day! They were good but it was from a different recipe. I can't wait to try your version, it looks SPOT ON!!!!
These are awesome Stephanie! I haven't had them from Applebee's but I've made them before too!! May I place an order for a Baker's dozen please?!? LOL Larry
Can't wait to try these. I'll prolly have to bake my wontons, can't fight that oil.Lol Have u had them with a squeeze of lime juice? Amazing! New subbie!
Thank You Stephanie Manley for posting this recipe. It's my Son's and my favorite !!! One question, should the wonton raps be at room temperature, prior to frying them?
Oh my gosh I can't belive I'm just now finding you! new subbie! and btw frying those wontons looks like that looks like a lot of curse words would need to be involved lol love this! thanks!
Neat idea for sure. I'd like to see how you'd make chicken won tons/chicken won ton soup. No one sells chicken won tons down here in my area and I have to learn to make them myself. Thanks Stephanie :))
this looks much easier then other copycat versions of this recipe. I'm going to make these for my mom and I one night- we've been craving these, and with the 'rona Applebees has a limited menu.(we were planning on eating them in the parking lot, but alas.) only thing I may change is adding asian sweet chili sauce, maybe instead of teriyaki. applebee's does have a little kick after all.
Hey i just subscribed to you. Im currently 4 months pregnant and had been craving chilis panco onion rings for the longest lol but unfortunately they replaved them with the onion petals-not impressed! However, i was wondering if u can show me the recipe for those onion rings this pregnant lady would be most appreciative lol thanks!
@@tyneishabethea IVE BAKED THEM BEFORE AND RUINED MY DISH PLUS OTHER COMMENTORS HAVE SAID THE SAME THING. THEY ARE NOT VERY GOOD WHEN YOU BAKE THEM ITS JUST NOT THE SAME
I made a different sauce that I feel is closer. My sauce is 2tbs teriyaki, 2tbs stirfry sauce, 4tbs panda express sweet chili sauce, 4tbs sesame ginger (all I had, ken's prob works) vinaigrette. I just chopped up roasted chicken breast, tossed it into the sauce and heated that up on the stove. fished the pieces out with a slotted spoon.

Thank You Stephanie Manley for posting this recipe. It's my Son's and my favorite !!! One question, should the wonton raps be at room temperature, prior to frying them?
IT may be helpful if they aren't just right out of the refrigerator.
Oh my gosh I can't belive I'm just now finding you! new subbie!
and btw frying those wontons looks like that looks like a lot of curse words would need to be involved lol

There may have been some cursing involved.
LMAO !!! I'm sure there will be a bit of swearing tonight !!!
Can I sub out the peanut oil and if so what for my grandmother is allergic
Neat idea for sure. I'd like to see how you'd make chicken won tons/chicken won ton soup. No one sells chicken won tons down here in my area and I have to learn to make them myself. Thanks Stephanie :))
+Kulinary Kreations By Kelly I hope you give the tacos a try. They are very tasty.
Stephanie Manley Please try and do the chicken won tons when you get the time. I'd love to see how you make them. :)

There are no onions in Applebees Wonton Tacos.
thanks
I made these and my boyfriend said "best food ever!"
Can I buy the shell at the store
do you have an olive garden dressing video?
that same brand she used in this video Ken's has an oil and vinegar one that's close.
I cannot find the written recipe on your website?
We get the gist, but they're practically burnt. Appreciate the rest of the video. The Cole slaw mixture looks good.
at home I could eat more then 4 Chicken Wonton Tacos!
I will like to know where did I can fine the shell?
Me too
you forgot to leave the link on how to drain your grease...pls post that....thanks! Looks yummy!
+Carol lynn thank you!
Them Wong tons burnt asf..she should have remade the video
your wonton shells look over cooked. it's much easier to brush them with oil and drape them over a glass cooking pan and bake for about 5 mins
Thank you for your suggestion.
@@StephanieManley oven will not work...must be fried in oil. Just cooked in oven and ruined whole dish.
Better fried.

Made these, they were okay

it's easier to bake wontons than fry them, also healthier
Christina Higgins if you bake them will they form the shape?
@@tyneishabethea IVE BAKED THEM BEFORE AND RUINED MY DISH PLUS OTHER COMMENTORS HAVE SAID THE SAME THING. THEY ARE NOT VERY GOOD WHEN YOU BAKE THEM ITS JUST NOT THE SAME
Long John Silvers batter chicken
Your recipe says to add teriyaki sauce to the coleslaw but in the video you add the sesame salad dressing - might want to fix that.
Thank you.
I'd love to see a copycat of chillis southwestern egg rolls!
+Michelle Sambrano thank you for your suggestion.
Michelle Sambrano. yasssssss
I make them all the time, it taste just like chili’s toooooooooooo!!!!! It’s really simple and I make the wrap from scratch so it taste more fresh
Where is the actual recipe
Looks good but the wontons are a bit overcooked.
O and Cheddars potatoe soup
where's the bbq sauce?

Garcia's sweet sauce
Where is Garcia's located?
New Mexico and Columbus,Indiana i think
Wontons look burnt.
Baking the wonton shells is better.
This isn’t even that close let alone a copy cat recipe
Reusing oil is a TERRIBLE idea. Once heated, it denatures and should not be used again. Reusing is it very bad for your body!
