I had a pile of brews and ended up completing this as a big champ training. (I was just going to get the 90 hammer points, but the last 5 still had the hammer points and 4 epic cards left so finished up.) Actually pleasantly surprised though, the pinned system is a big improvement to me even though they nerfed the rewards. I got 1000 energy, 300 gems and a legendary book from the 3 sets of epics. And I also completed one set of rares for 250 energy.
Just FYI, I pulled a purple card and got 90 hammer points so depending on how many you need, you don't need to open all the cards if you get the right amount.
The pinning system is definetly a big bonus to the card event. Either pin right on 1 purp or at hitting the second one. I agree with you nubs that flip a row get better and better reward chest would be better but then plarium seems to LOVE when the random factor is as high as possible. Would love if they even out dungeon divers to give you points depending on what level of a dungeon you are doing (so instead of getting points per item you get, we get points for completing a dungeon, that way we can start doing a lot of other dungeons like minatour etc, and still get points). Edit. I lost track on how much points I have skipped. Do we know how much points is left in the titan event? I need 400 for the 5star soul, feels pointless to go all out on this one to get 200 if I can't make it.
Slayer still isn't working properly. I hate Plarium more and more every passing day. The Odin pool was in my budget to collect all the Norse champs, y'know, for fun. Now I'm holding my spending until further notice, this event has been the absolute opposite of fun.
Weregren was the first champ I got as a prize as soon as Mikage went live. Maybe some newer players don't have him but he's still sitting in my vault until I can get the 2 leggos for the fusion. Wish they'd have a guaranteed on those instead of giving us random chances of getting the epics to fuse them, which I'm missing only one of on one and three on the other.
I just opened 10 sacreds rest in champ training.. almost done it already... it's really amazing being able to flip a color and make it stay. Got all 9 purples in a row its amazing
I missed hearing one sentence, and got super spooked. To be clear with pinning as far as my reading compregension goes: Once you pin a rarity, you still get the Card Flip bonus of every card, it only affects streaks, where you will no longer earn progress towards streaks of lower rarity.
I was willing to spend money on energy for thor but being screwed for playing well and how they treated the players I'm not spending or letting go of all my sacreds. So I will keep my money your loss plarium. What a joke.

They've been extra sneaky with the Hammer Po as well, theres 1 x 90, 2 x 40 and 3 x 10 on offer so nobody can get the exact number they need off just 1 card.
Hey Nubby, i can understand what you said about don't use gems for the deck of fate, but if you think about it a little more... 10x daily gem pack (21400gems) = 100€ which is roughly enough to finish it vs 20 sacreds are at best 300€ or even 400€+ Maybe it's not so bad to do it with gems or at least use some gems to save on sacreds. Thoughts?
Yes, he and/or Centurion had me stuck. But, I'm getting either/or today and then I can get my Mikage! Plus, I get deck of fate points so I can get the titan points to get a 5-star Thor soul. It's a win/win! LOL
Pretty obvious Plarium knew there would be a lot of interest in Thor soul and made the events all extra hard. I skipped the last part of Champ Chase so now I need 100 from Deck to get 5 Star. Can't wait to see how bad RNG screws me!
I was stuck for MONTHS!!! with a single void rare from fusing Lady Mikage, I literally have everyone aside from this 1 rare 1 week after they release Lady Mikage's fusion, took around 8 months or so to finally get a Centurion, so if ever you're missing a single void rare or two, then that Guarantee epic is worth it, because it's painful seeing and pulling the other 3 rare void over and over just not the one you need XD
I'm struggling to motivate myself to go for the 5 star. I need to put about 2000 more energy in Odin dungeon farm, then i'm guessing at least 4500 in Dungeon Divers (including Ice Golem) and of course I need to get 100 points from Deck of Fate. That's minimum 2 card flips, or 30 if I get bad RNG. For 75 ACC and a bit of Damage, I think I'll make my life easier and skip it.
Didnt want to pull for deck of fate, but due irl commitments missed some titan points. If I want the 5 star soul I need 80 pts from the deck of fate with rest of other pts available
The pin is only for the 3 card streak chests you get. It's a decent feature that lets you focus one rarity and get the chest. Could work against you ofc. If for instance you pin rare on the first and then open 3 green chests you won't get the streak. But in the end of the day, blue and purple streak chests are worth way more.

@@SketchedbySte Yeah, pin has no bearing on the card rewards. As i said the only danger is losing streaks of lower rarity since you can't reset pin unless you hit a streak or hit a higher rarity.
I am one of the few who couldn't get Werengren. I couldn't get a Centurion, even though I've pulled a million of him over the years. Since the Mikage fusion started I've easily pulled over 200 voids and couldn't get a Centurion. I was even leading the spider tournament for Centurion and got sniped while I was sleeping.
Cardinal helps alot in Siege if u have nuker Teams against you! saved me heaps and especially against Strong Nukers not covered by Lydia without block revivers! High Res double Stoneskin!
Weregren should not be a stopper for Mikage fusion for anyone. One can fuse the champion from other void rares. Which are easier to get compared to regular epics.
Yeah this one is a bit gross, I'm going to try to do as much champ training as I can to save my shards and see where I land with titan points. My clan won cvc this week so I got a nice amount of energy to burn anyways
Playing devil's advocate here. Yeah my expectations are already at the bare minimum especially with the likes of both collecting both Thor and this Freyja chick. Case in point, never bothered trying (as I will to any and above all of the preceding fusions) even if we are talking about exclusive one-off champions. Besides, I already have plenty of quality champs and it's been a serious rut to progress the game even further without the quality gear with the stats to back them up. So glad that this DoF cuts the middleman.
I pinned purple straight away and was lucky enough to get 3 in my first 5. Then I pinned blue and got another purple... Its not a bad idea, and I got 1000 energy from my purple reward chest.
And the deception about the last summon rush during the fusion with the titan points forces a lot of people to do this horrible deck of fate because of having "wasted" shards during the fusion. Plarium got what they wanted. They squeezed so much resources out of everyone during this get f*cked by Asgard event.
Missed 100 points on that first summon (the surprise Titan/Fusion summon) so I have to get at least 50 points from card flipping. Then I'm done, these are probably the worst events, even more than the paths.
does anybody know how many points are yet to be revealed I do not think i skipped any so far but dont want to miss the 5 star by accident I currently have 1300 and only dont have the 200 from deck of fate so are there still 250 unrevealed points?
Of course Plarium ends it in as sketchy fashion as possible. I have done every event up to this point and i was really happy about it because I get to skip all 200 points of this terrible deck of fate. And I get to skip 50 points of the expected 100 points in dungeon divers. Since there is only an ice golem tourney and dungeon divers left and I know I will need at least some dungeon diver points, it wouldn't make any sense to skip the ice golem tourney. But that's ok, I will just get the first milestone or whatever in the dungeon divers and get to skip the rest... but those freaking jerks split the points up 10-30-60! WTF is that! So now i need to decide if I do the entire dungeon divers, or if I pull during the stupid deck of fate hoping to land 10 points
The idea that you don't want bottom pieces for the Slayer set because it is hard to get good pieces seems backwards. If it is so hard you want as many chances as possible. If weapons are so easy to get, why would you want more of them?
For me it is a very easy skip for me on both deck of fate/fusion and on the slayer gear it is really hard to get a 9 piece set that is actually good. think I have been able to get 1 decent 9 piece set for my cupidus but apart from that no one else has
Didn't think about how rare DoFs are. They obviously set up everythint to make us think this would be a champ DoF which would kindaa be fine if it was actually still a good event which it clearly isn't
Damn...I should have gone for the Summon Rush with the unity champs...this is ASS...I´m honestly considering giving up on the thor 5 star soul and taking it easy now with all the hammer points. I´m at 1100 now. I might burn lots of gems on Mino to do a lot of champ training and try my luck getting the hammer point cards. Maybe I´m lucky. Why not give us 2x sacreds for this...I´d just pull 19 sacreds of my 34 but not like this with just 15x. I didn´t want to pull a 2nd Vizug...like many others. We couldn´t even choose one Unity champ, which would have been nice with teox or bolinth at least. It´s up to RNG now...just why. I could honestly see them giving us 2x on the last day of this deck of fate...or an extra mercy event with 100 hammer points to make it up the the community. The value in Events has dropped hard...
this strikes me as plarium trying to trick casual players (who may still spend a little but probably don't watch content, seek out guides etc) into thinking that this is the freyja deck. the deck comes out then she becomes pullable from shards and they go "oh we can get freyja i can spend a little and maybe get her, then the real event comes out and the ones who didn't get her might spend twice. typical shady plarium.

I’ve gotten multiple copies of almost all the Mikage epics, but can’t pull a Eolfrig to save my life.

I tend to either complete or skip the deck of fate events, so having 3 guaranteed epic chests is a fantastic change. Usually I get nothing extra :)

I've didn't pull the vanguard void rare in 150+ shards so had to go for the guaranteed - pulled a Taras, not bad.
I was blocked fusing Mikage for months by that champ also. Only void rare I haven't pulled in 2 years.

You can just get really unlucky. Took me ~50 shards to get the purple skeleton.

The value in Events has dropped hard...
i open some cards 7 so far only for titan pts to avoid if is posible divers..no luck ..seems i will suffer.

The rewards for getting 3 same chests in a row have been reduced by 30-70%...totally hilarious
I gave up on the 5 star the moment saw this event i use too much on both fusion n the 4 star 😂

this strikes me as plarium trying to trick casual players (who may still spend a little but probably don't watch content, seek out guides etc) into thinking that this is the freyja deck. the deck comes out then she becomes pullable from shards and they go "oh we can get freyja i can spend a little and maybe get her, then the real event comes out and the ones who didn't get her might spend twice. typical shady plarium.
