  • Historians reflect on the Supreme Court's Brown v. Board of Education decision and how many communities in the South deliberately delayed or refused integrating its public schools. The Little Rock Nine and Ruby Bridges are examined as examples of heroism when it came to integrating white schools in the South.

Somethings have changed but more work needs to be done on both sides. In all starts with parenting. I wouldn’t want my kid in a school with a kid who doesn’t pick up after his dog and I wouldn’t want my kid in a school with someone who is a racist.

We are racist and it is possible to stop racism.

Here's a great way to stop racism/bigotry: Treat others as you want them to treat you. Be kind to them if you want them being kind to you. Be rude to them if you want them being rude to you.
