Hello, you can use it for portable radios and to quickly check the SWR in the car or on the go. I don't have the specific power levels at hand at the moment. I'm on my way .

You can do vhf uhf up to 100 Watt at 125-520 mhz so you can possible make your mesurments with mobil radios with Adapter SMA to PL or N type.
