Well, Chernobyl and Pripyat are probably very possible as far as paranormal. It’s a very famous accident when the plant blew up. And the following radiation led to the government putting up an exclusion zone around the plant. So, in an area ~20km in every direction there can be no visitors or any people whatsoever. Everything and anything in the area that is or was alive has or will later die of radiation poisoning unless you leave within the safe time limit. And entrance to the area is restricted by armed guards unless you get permission to go.
