If the pipe diameter does not change, the average speed will be constant throughout the pipe. The pressure due to frictional losses will decline along the pipe.
at 3:40, why wouldn't the velocity change by bernoulli's eqn since there's a difference in elevation
speed is related to conservation of mass. If the fluid density and area do not change at the inlet and outlet, the average speed would not change.
