This song is the most nostalgic for me. It defines my childhood and really brings back intense memories and feelings I’m afraid I’ll never truly feel or experience ever again.
One of the best memories of this song is when me and some friends were in a car. They were moving and we rocked this the whole way through town to drop me off. We were all singing to it, bobbing our heads, windows down, it was a whole vibe. I'll never forget that.
I love how some artists always makes the tone happy at first and then when you listen closer, it is a depressing one. Some misheard lyrics like “I will die” is actually true here, because blue has a meaning of sadness. It’s like smiling in front of people who are depressed as you.
this used to played at every birthday party at macd's or other fastfood chain restaurants. as a kid I used to be sick of listening to this song over and over again. Now im 22, it all brings back so many memories.
“All day and all night, everything he sees is just blue. Like him, inside and outside. (…) everything is blue for him, himself and everybody around. ‘Cause he ain’t got nobody to listen…”

Same here. I was born the same year as this song was released (1998) and my dad would play this non stop while holding me and rocking me around as if I was dancing. He would do this trick where he pretended to throw me up in the air and so he'd catch me. How do I know this if I was an infant? Well, you see, he had this vintage VHS camera and he would film tapes of us all the time. Now my father is gone (passed away when I was 13), the camera and the tapes are sadly not working anymore and the only thing I have to remember those days is this song. But they will always exist in my memory and so will he. Thank you dad, for introducing me to this song and good music~~🖤
I’m 17 and I’ve known this song for like 3 years, but in July, I started listening to Eiffel 65’s other songs and now I’m a huge fan. You should really check them out. I really like Silicon World and Europop.”
@@ToJoAudio I've heard some really good covers by some of the small-time electronic artists here on UA-cam. And a REALLY awesome metal cover by LittleVMills. But they always put their own creative spin on it, they don't try to rip it directly, and that's how a cover should be done.
The moment I heard Bebe Rexha 's "Blue", I knew I have heard it before. She did justice but this one is a timeless classic. It would always reminisce the innocence and purity of your childhood.
She just did it duringbills lions halftime show. Threw me off cuz it's a depression song and she turned it into an uplifting song. Still not sure how I feel about that.
Bebe didn't "remake" the tune; David Guetta copied the original melody with new instruments, and she flipped the depressive undertone in the original lyrics to the happy-go-lucky "I'm down for the ride" thing...
Ever heard of a game called Earthbound? A little ways into the game there's a cult that lives in a blue town where all day and all night and everything they see is just blue like them, inside and outside.
What Can You Hear? 'I will bleed I will die' 'I will pee on a dime' 'I will beat up a guy' 'I'm in need of guy' 'I'll eat ill cry' 'I will need other guys' 'I eat apple pie' 'I'm a bee and I'm shy' 'I believe I can fly' 'I believe I am a god'
Can't believe that I lied. I believe I'm a lie. I believe I'm alive. I believe I'mma die. That guy is alive. That I bleed like a guy. That I pee like a guy. I believe I am five. I believe like a guy. I'm believe I'm a guy. I will eat up a pie.

Bebe Rexha’s new version bought me here to listen to the old one
I love to thank my dad for introducing me to this song when I was 3 years old, this was (and still is) my favorite song to listen to-
Same here mate
I had the exact same expierieence
It looks like someone turned blue
BRO SAME WE HAVE SOMETHING IN COMMON XD
1998:lagendery song
2024:blue kane theme song🙃
This is the coolest song even now!
I wasn't even alive when this song came out but it makes me feel so nostalgic for no reason!
I’m 17 and I’ve known this song for like 3 years, but in July, I started listening to Eiffel 65’s other songs and now I’m a huge fan. You should really check them out. I really like Silicon World and Europop.”
No I get that!
Maybe your mum was listening to it when she was pregnant.. hehe

I've heard some really good covers by some of the small-time electronic artists here on UA-cam. And a REALLY awesome metal cover by LittleVMills. But they always put their own creative spin on it, they don't try to rip it directly, and that's how a cover should be done.
@@VestedUTuber 100% AGREE!!
This is my music teacher's favorite song 🎵 🎶🎵🎶
I heard this song at 2020 but who still listening this song at 2023?
I was born near the end of the 1990s. This is one of the first songs I ever heard and to this day, I still love it.
I was born in the mid 90s
@@Bluegirl12345 You're a little older than me then. I was born late in the 90s , so I can't call myself a 90s kid, but I'm still a 90s baby.
Born in '95 but I don't remember coming across this song until the late 2000's in my earliest days on this platform.
I'm a 2000s kid and I feel like I've grew up with this song aswell.
yoooo. tpain remade this song and did it justice. check it out!!!!!
The moment I heard Bebe Rexha 's "Blue", I knew I have heard it before. She did justice but this one is a timeless classic. It would always reminisce the innocence and purity of your childhood.
Same & totally agree. I immediately came searching this Gem 💎
She just did it duringbills lions halftime show. Threw me off cuz it's a depression song and she turned it into an uplifting song. Still not sure how I feel about that.
@@JewUnit6 its not a depression songggg
Bebe didn't "remake" the tune; David Guetta copied the original melody with new instruments, and she flipped the depressive undertone in the original lyrics to the happy-go-lucky "I'm down for the ride" thing...
You are so correct when I first heard it it reminded me of Blue.I loved that song so much nothing takes the place of the original
The SM64 anthem
This song never get old ❤
For a song, this sounds like a fever dream. Imagine everything around you is the color of blue.
Fun fact I’m extremely blue all day everyday and most things around me are blue and it’s my favorite color to so it’s kinda true😅
Reminds me of that episode of Viva la bam where he paints his parents kitchen ENTIRELY blue…. Total fever dream vibes
This is depression song
Ever heard of a game called Earthbound? A little ways into the game there's a cult that lives in a blue town where all day and all night and everything they see is just blue like them, inside and outside.
@@Cool-Vest_Leo Oh yeah. They also live in a blue house with blue little windows and also has a blue corvette.
What Can You Hear?
'I will bleed I will die'
'I will pee on a dime'
'I will beat up a guy'
'I'm in need of guy'
'I'll eat ill cry'
'I will need other guys'
'I eat apple pie'
'I'm a bee and I'm shy'
'I believe I can fly'
'I believe I am a god'
Why 😭
You forgot the best one. “ If I was green I would die”
Im blue if I were green I would die
No its like this : Im blue now Vegeta will die now Vegeta will die now Vegeta will die
I listen to this song everyday
