Yes, it was very helpful! I took your paid course awhile ago and it has helped me understand how diet affects everything! My dermatosis cleared after awhile! Thank you!
I love you Christina , Your Tips & Advice are very Informative & Flawless . Thank you so Much. My Folliculitis is making my Life Miserable , I had it for more than 16 years & it keeps coming Back Greetings from Morocco .
I've got some moisturizer which does help to a certain extent,I'm going to put it in the fridge as this sounds like it could stop me going crazy lol, thank you Christina x
Whenever my skin itch I use cetaphil lotion and bar to shower and drink 1.5 liters of water on that day and before the day end my skin feels 99% better, NO joke
@aneeza3947 it doesn’t only the eczema creams help! Prednisone work miracles but you can’t take it long unfortunately. Moisturizers actually burn and irritate it, but it is very important to keep it moisturized because the eczema will dry out your skin and make it itch more
Can you please help me. My 3 year old girl suffers from eczema and the only thing doctors do is keep prescribing chemical medications and creams she’s miserable
Have you figured it out yet? I had it all my life. Cetaphil was recommended to me at a young age. Though I also have allergies so I have prescribed creams as well. Some people have eczema and that's it. Others have eczema with allergies. So look out for allergies. I don't get itchiness at winter or fall but the moment is spring or summer I am itching. Itchy skin could be nothing or associated with something. Cetaphil helps (regular moisture body cream), but I also also layer too. Eurcerin cream (they have a bunch so look around) and Vaseline. Sometimes you have layer things over another. Is there any pattern when she gets it? As I said I always get itchiness during the spring and summer and if my allergies are triggered.
Heyy. Thanks for the information. I subscribed for the video series but I only got one video, been waiting but the 2nd one is not coming through…been about 2 weeks
Hi, flawless 😍 wish whatcu said works just few days from now itching has started especially in the night 🌙 I do have sugar problem hope things cone on control 😅
Do you believe in no mousturizer treatment? They said that with help to speed the healing of the skin? After avoid steriod creams and the ezcema triggers just leave the skin to heal it own? What your opinion? Thanks a lot😊
Good question - avoiding eczema triggers and not using steroid creams will definitely help your skin a lot! In my Flawless skin course this is what we do and a lot of people see results. As far as no moisturizing goes I find that it’s better to switch to more natural moisturizers instead of avoiding moisturizers completely. Especially if you live in a really dry climate with not much humidity or if your skin naturally has a hard time producing it’s own moisture (which can be the case for some people with atopic dermatitis). If you’re using the right types of moisturizers that go well with your skin, then moisturizers would help the healing process go faster. I have another video on this called Affordable skin care for eczema! Thanks for the comment hope this helps! 😄
@@FlawlessChristina I live in the very dry Colorado mountains (altitude makes it even more dry!). My eczema came back after I cleared it up for several years. This time around it has been worse than ever. My foot and leg are the biggest problems. My foot particularly peeled deep skin and would leave my foot so sore that I couldn't walk. It felt like I have glass in my foot! One thing that has helped it "heal" is soaking it in Epsom salts and some Essential Oils and then wrapping my foot and leg in plastic wrap. I also ended up putting a bread sack on my foot and taping it so it felt like a sock. That helped the foot to soften the skin, heal the areas that were really raw and no more deep peeling of skin. Keeping mine moist is very key. I found that there are eight types of eczema, so no wonder what works for one person doesn't work for someone else! Thanks for your good information. Always good to learn more. (BTW, I went to 3 different dermatologists when mine first started years ago. They just gave me steroid cream which made it MUCH WORSE.)
I got rid of a lot of it forever! If you wanna do it too I’m sharing how in my free video series. 😊👍 Check it out here: www.clearskinplan.com Hope this helps!

I use hair dryer heat blower or apply vinegar or swallow tablet Lorraine 5mg/od. Eczema is age related.
I have had eczema since i was a baby though
No way...I had it since the day i turned 14 or 15
Eczema is not age related at all
