Frida definitely sounds better, but Agnetha sounds better than I thought she did when I initially heard this. I can't wait for their new songs...if they ever release them.
Not only was this a fairly impromptu and a surprise performance for Benny and Björn but considering this recording is from a mobile phone in the audience. you've got to say 'hats off' to these women. They were 70 and 66 years old at the time too, a little out of practice, emotional and nervous. It's kind of bittersweet hearing them and now on ABBA's return with 'Voyage'. While one must respect their decisions to leave the music 'industry' for so many years, it's such a pity that those lovely voices and such a dynamic combination weren't heard on many more recordings in those times. They were missed.

They sound the same! The reason they sound a bit wonky is because during an emotional moment your voice changes, causing cracks and sobs, like what agnetha and Frida are doing 😌
I reckon she still can. She needs to have proper vocalization traning because per her in her last album "A", her voice has become "rusty". Thankfully, Agnetha had never had any problems with her vocal chords hence her voice is still there. It just have to be polished just like an old record in order to hear her wonderful voice.
@@TangoEliott on Agnetha's last album at times her voice seemed drowned out by harmonies and backing vocals. With her album My Colouring Book her voice seemed much stronger and up front in the sound mix.

Agree! In the end their voices sounds almost like back in 1979, when performing this live in Wembley (Recorded in 'Super Trouper').
This is the highlight of the last 30 plus years for me.Love these 2 women more and more all the time. Feel very emotional when i hear them sing again.

Agnetha still has a good voice, but she was nervous in the beginning, and had some trouble.

Yes Pablo, I believe so. It must have been such an emotional moment for her. So it's understandable :)
As Agneta have a deep stage fright it is possible that she was very nervous but the performance with Gary Barlow was definitely pre-recorded.

Actually it was Frida belting. Agnetha was nervous but still wonderful.
Frida carried this song. Unfortunately Agnetha was nervous and out of tune. But it was fabulous anyway.
