Nicely explained VDO, can guest use both the swimming pools and both the gaming area? Also do we get any food service while we are in riverside wala swimming pool? Which is best way to book it and how you booked it?
Hi, thank you for the appreciation,guest can use both swimming and gaming area, food service is not available for now in Riverside swimming pool as the property is under construction,for food service you need to book 5 rooms as mentioned in the video,after few months everything will be available there, you can do booking directly on their contact number, I got their number through Instagram and the number is also mentioned in the description box of the video.

In winters the temperature is cold in the night and early morning and afternoon the climate is pleasant.

Hi,they don't have lift but they have wheelchair facility in the property.

Veg Kolhapuri cost Rs.250, I feel the rates are not too high,it is on the part of budget friendly.

We were also planning ds place for mid July, but resorts response is very very poor
We tried several times to rich out it's staff and did mail so many times, but staff is seems to be not interested in being customers satisfaction, we highly disappointed and finally booked some other place in karjat.

Had a very bad experience there. I went there for my anniversary. I asked them to decorate our room they denied it. We have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks but no one picked the call didn't even replied the MSG. When we reach there our room was also not prepared. Service was very pathetic. I asked for glass after calling multiple times they send after it after 2 hours. Same thing they did for hot water. Don't go there. Facilities and services are very bad. Staffs are very rude egoistic. They don't treat u in respect. They don't even give any info. Had a very bad pathetic experience. Don't go there if u want a spl time with your family

This Property will Give HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Although it is having nice land scapes the below are the nightmares you experience after checking
1) No one responds to your requests inspite of assuring you
2) Service calls will frustrate you
3) Banquet hall below will ruin your stay as Event Crowd makes the pool area crowded and you won't enjoy peace and pool area
4) MOSQUITOES WILL FXCK YOUR SLEEP AND RUIN YOUR STAY
5) OVER EXPENSIVE CHEAP FOOD
6) THE STAFF WILL KEEP STARING AT FEMALE GUESTS IN POOL AREA MAKING THEM UNCOMFORTABLE
7) TINY SMELLY ROOMS , THEY DONT CHANGE BEDDINGS AFTER CHECKOUTS
8) DJ noise in pool area , loud talking of staff in lobby will ruin your peace
