"Smooth Hoperator"...🤣 As an LBK myself since 1999 I've had to come up with ingenious ways to get things done. I've driven a standard shift vehicle with 1 leg (I used a crutch to depress the clutch). I once shingled my roof, too. A little tricky climbing the ladder but once I was on the roof I used knee pads to crawl around. The only thing I really needed help with was getting the shingles up on the roof. I also own a Kawasaki Vulcan 1500cc motorcycle. Cairn, NEVER listen to ANYONE who says "You can't do that". Do whatever you want and ALWAYS keep a positive attitude 🤘🏻

When I'm driving with out my prosthetic, I put my walking device behind the seat before I get in. I had the opposite leg than you amputated last year, and much more mess cut of my body as well that nearly killed me last year. Any way, wish you the best in all of it, recently got my new titanium and carbon fiber leg, like it a lot. Have a good evening, night, etc.

@@CairnAtkinsonLeanonMe , had organ transplants in 2011, and the pancreas transplant failed last year on April 7th and nearly killed me, I was a hair away from death but was taken on a two and half hour ambulance ride to my organ transplant hospital and that organ was removed and five and half feet of my small intestines, it had got entangled in my small intestines, the transplanted pancreas and I got gangrene. I had worked that day and my middle sister actually saved my life by showing up to the local hospital and forcing them to take me by ambulance to my organ transplant hospital. Most painful ambulance ride of my entire life, they had to strap me down I was hurting so bad that night. Then I got a bone infection in my left leg, due to the vein they removed to plug in my organ transplants, and on July 9th, 2018 it was removed, my left leg below the knee to stop the bone infection. The kidney my organ donor gave me survived, my organ donor was a ballet and jazz dancer from age three to age nineteen when she died, she had a blood clot to her brain that killed her. She would be twenty seven now, and is with the kidney that survives in my body and the other organs she loaned to save lives in seven other people but I don't know how many of them are still alive. I signed legal documents to have contact with my donor's father in 2014, he wanted to know whom I am, and I have yet to let him know his daughter's pancreas died in my body and that I lost my left leg. Right now mentally I can not tell him that, like a funeral for me, and I feel like a living tomb for the memory of the lady that died and saved my life, Lady Morgan Leigh Judd. But I am alive, and doing okay, and the new leg I really like. Wish you a beautiful evening.

@@CairnAtkinsonLeanonMe I have an Össur titanium foot on a carbon fiber upper socket system, and the socket was customized to be longer than normal with shock built in for how I do things, and the leg can take me jumping off of things and not hurt what is left of my left leg. Also, my prosthetic team told me I can run it over with a Mac Truck and not hurt it, but then my prosthetic technician accidentally ran one of these legs over he was taking home to work on with his car, and it didn't hurt it at all. That is how he knows...LOL!

Do you have dirty marks or spots on you car’s headliner yet? I am always fighting that loading and unloading my chair. Keep it up and take care.
