Nice video man keep them up. Glad you finally got a carving bar. This is how i do most on mine. Just a quick tip i use canola oil on my quarter tips and dime tip cannon carving bars. Anything 14" and under. You dont get that red bar oil on your detail work then anything bigger then 14" and it doesnt stay on the bar because its not tacky enough will just fling off of the tip. Also i use a 14-16" quarter tip with 3/8 low pro for most detail. The chains are cheaper and dont have to worry about burning out the tip of the bar as fast. At least for medium to big carvings. Keep up the good work man!

Thanks. Great idea. Maybe you can do more bodyparts. Like talons from a Bird of pray.

Thanks Eric, I like the way you explain and teach. I have found chainsaw carving to be therapeutic. I just started chainsaw carving a few months ago. Having you as a guide on my cravings has made my sculptures turn out pretty darn good. I have found that to be very satisfying. Thank you Erik.

Eric, we want to support you and thank you for your videos, have you ever thought about selling tee shirts or something with your logo on it. Not a lot of extra money, but it’s something.

Isn't that a quarter tip bar? I've got 2 one the size of a quarter the other the size of a dimes circumference.
