Case 1: If f(n) < n ^(log ᵦ(a)) then T(n) = O(n ^(log ᵦ(a)))
Case 2: If f(n) = n ^(log ᵦ(a)) then T(n) = O(n ^(log ᵦ(a))(log(n))
Case 3: If f(n) > n ^(log ᵦ(a)) then T(n) = O(f(n)) plus check regularity condition
