I have a 300 gts and a 150 sprint for my son. After an upgrade for the 150cc for the Variator it go's from 95 to a 125 kph!! the 150 cc!! Okay the 300 have more power but the speed difrence is just 10 km. And he accelerated much faster than my 300cc.. My 300 is stock..
300 has more vibrations at higher speeds for some reason. Maybe because it's an abused demo bike. At lower speeds both are equally smooth. 300 has more torque and only about 15kmh difference in top speed

Yes you can but I wouldn't suggest you to do that for tooo long as it might stress the engine out but that's just what I think
