Every single person can function with a different amount of exhaustion. That doesnt mean one is stronger than the other. Plus you guys she has insomnia. If anyone who has anything bad to say about her in the situation had half a brain they would know that if your quality of sleep is bad its like getting little to no sleep at all. Elle has sleeping problems which is something beyond her control and results in her needing to rest and take it easy more than those who dont have said problem. Elle , I hate how people give you such a hard time about what you do for a living. You are a human being with a job!!! Just because your not the average 9-5 girl that doesn't make your career any less stressful or easier then other fields in the industry! You ARE NOT a complainer or a winer! You are a normal human with feelings, responsibilities and obligations just like the rest of us! I know there are ups and downs to what you do for a living just like everyone else so for people to discredit your reactions and feelings- fuck them. You worked hard to get to where you are and for people to come down on you is a reflection on their character not yours. Elle I been following you for years this is all valid what you are feeling. Elle, I m a biologist and I´ve worked with shrews as a matter of fact. They are very small animals that look like mice but are way cuter. They have very high metabolism and are always running. Here is a link to a pic !

I travelled to Thailand recently and it was like an 8 hour flight, 3 hour layover and another 3 hour flight... I felt like I was dying and it was the worse part of the trip. It's a tricky situation, since it's not like Elle and Alex aren't getting anything out of this (a FREE wedding! Do you know how expensive a wedding is?!) but it's not fair of Brides to be working them like, this with 18 hour days and no time for sleep.. They're actually probably breaking some labor laws by doing this-not even probably, for sure they are.

I know that this has been said a ton, but the people who shit on Elle for not being grateful are the ones who are super jealous of what she has. I've got a 6 week old baby and I know the feeling of no sleep! It's the fact the days roll into the next and you never get a chance to recover. It sends you crazy. I'm managing 3-4 hours of broken sleep a night broken up by feeds. She doesn't really sleep in the day either. I live for coffee HAHA!! It's my best friend right now 😝

Yeah, exhaustion plus too much caffeine is bad! I remember when I was in school and only getting 3-4 hrs of sleep I drank a lot of caffeine which made me feel extremely nauseous and even more tired!

It's a tricky situation, since it's not like Elle and Alex aren't getting anything out of this (a FREE wedding! Do you know how expensive a wedding is?!) but it's not fair of Brides to be working them like, this with 18 hour days and no time for sleep.. They're actually probably breaking some labor laws by doing this-not even probably, for sure they are.

I know that this has been said a ton, but the people who shit on Elle for not being grateful are the ones who are super jealous of what she has. Elle is not an idiot, and I'm sure she's aware that she has it better than many people, and is grateful for that. Just because she has it better than some people, doesn't mean she doesn't have the right to complain sometimes. Some people are complete assholes.
You would think they would like you to get a good night sleep so you look awake and refreshed for pictures.

Omg with that schedule all anyone would be able to do is cry. I hope you got some pretty good sleep on the plane ride. Poor thing, I don't know what I would do if that were me. I don't function at all when I haven't had adequate sleep and food. I'm sure you made it through and it will be beautiful. :)

I've got a 6 week old baby and I know the feeling of no sleep! It's the fact the days roll into the next and you never get a chance to recover. It sends you crazy. I'm managing 3-4 hours of broken sleep a night broken up by feeds. She doesn't really sleep in the day either. I live for coffee HAHA!! It's my best friend right now 😝

Anyone who has a problem with you being tired, or grumpy, or sad, and unable to form full sentences needs to just take a hike. I know how terrible your body feels without sleep and it is so normal to feel how you felt. Anyone would be lying if they claimed to have never felt that way. I think you were actually very positive with all that was happening. Please ignore the stupid people. If they can't understand that every once in a while a girl just feels damn tired then they are the ones with a problem. Get some beauty sleep gorgeous and you do you!!!

Yeah, exhaustion plus too much caffeine is bad! I remember when I was in school and only getting 3-4 hrs of sleep I drank a lot of caffeine which made me feel extremely nauseous and even more tired!
