There are mainly 2 ratios viz Reserve to equity & Debt to equity which are very crucial before going to buy share of any companies. If the last five years average ratio of reserve to equity is more one, and the ratio of debt to equity is less than one, we may buy shares of those companies without much worried about current market price

I have a LIC insurance policy for which I am paying ₹1.35 lakh per annum (I will pay for 15 years). I will receive ₹65 lakh after 25 years (15 + 10 years). Additionally, it provides ₹2 crore insurance coverage. This policy offers a return similar to a Fixed Deposit (FD) at around 7% to 8%.
to close this it may give me loss of rs 1.5+L now. i paid 3 years.
I am already investing ₹20,000 in mutual funds and stocks, and I do not have any FD-related investments or savings (the safer option).
my options:
Should I get a new term insurance policy and invest the remaining money, (or) should I continue with the LIC policy?
what will be the correct thing to do? i am confused.
