To form a balanced opinion you need to listen to both sides of the issue. Unfortunately, at times, this means having to tolerate more than just the one nutter. In this example there are three.
I completely agree that these idiots that are blocking roads should be moved and even charged, because ambulances, fire engines and police going to places where lives are at stake and seconds could be the difference between people living or dying. I must admit though, I was getting extremely annoyed with both of them not letting the filmmaker speak for more than a second or 2. If you invite someone on to the show to talk, then let them talk. Even the screen set up looked like it was geared up as 2 against 1. Let the person speak, then shoot his argument down. You don't sit there and constantly interrupt, patronise and talk over your guest constantly. I'm against the stop oil protests interrupting all our everyday lives by stopping us getting to work or to get to the hospital in time before your loved one passes away etc, but this was a bad look and made the filmmaker look sympathetic.
The interviewers are behaving immaturely I’m afraid and not allowing the guy to speak without being interrupted. Instead of intelligently showing him up he showed them up which is a shame.
That's because James Whale has got no good arguments. Everything he loudly asserts can be refuted by a tone who does a y studying of the subject of climate change and why drastic action is needed.
My daughter is 18 on Wednesday, thank goodness she isn't like him. My eldest son (28) told me she is the bravest lass to him. She should be she has 4 older brothers, I agree with him.
I am no wiser about either the issue or the film maket because of the constant interuptions by the so-called talk hosts. Won't be clicking on to these characters again.
Decarbonisation, decentralised and sustainable energy production, hydrogen and electricity based public transportation and trade. Organic agriculture in un-industrialised countries, and integrated production methods in industrialised countries. Easy bulletpoints...🙄
True, but over a certain level plants can't photosynthesise any faster and the devastating effects of climate change kick in: sea water inundation of the land, lack of fresh water as glaciers disappear, excessive temperatures and drought from disrupted rainfall patterns. All this is set to increase as global temperatures rise.
3:41 yeah i don't want a society where u go in jail for just walking with a sign nor i want a society where u go in jail for squeezing your finger. But if it happens that u block a road holding your sign and thus destroying people's RIGHT to freely move or if it happens there is the trigger of a gun which got an innocent head at the other end against that finger that you squeeze, then i WANT u in jail. This is what we call the context... The fact is, that human being whom seems not able to take context into consideration shouldn't be let alone by himself, he should have a legal guardian. I want the society to take into account mentally disabled people, it's important.
Not that stupid 'woke' argument again. Woke is anyone who has different ideas from you, I think. I'd rather be woke than comatose, sleepwalking into a climate crisis while James Whale puts down a tone who challenges his over-blown ego.

If he is one of those queers for Palestine lot, then he should understand that oil is essential for the economy in the middle east. 😂
10 years from now, this clip will be viewed with anger and sadness.
plants need carbon to live if we go below a certain level trees will die
True, but over a certain level plants can't photosynthesise any faster and the devastating effects of climate change kick in: sea water inundation of the land, lack of fresh water as glaciers disappear, excessive temperatures and drought from disrupted rainfall patterns. All this is set to increase as global temperatures rise.
STOP ALL WAR!!!
Thanks James and Ash for trying to educate some of those idiots from just stop oil.
Educate 😂
YES!
The woke crowd have it all back to front, we’re actually heading into an ice age 🤔
Evidence, please.
Not that stupid 'woke' argument again. Woke is anyone who has different ideas from you, I think. I'd rather be woke than comatose, sleepwalking into a climate crisis while James Whale puts down a tone who challenges his over-blown ego.
@@sylviaobrien2680climate crisis 😂😂
Maybe the Sun is heating up.
Good I have always wanted to ice skate on the Thames 😮
If you do an interview you must let people talk...that's what an interview is...very poor...
Im against JSO, but sorry James, MSM is controlled.
All that JSO boy was doing was smirking all the way through this video ... what a joke and we are supposed to take these ignorant juveniles serious 🥴 And how can this film be made independently/unbias when he is with JSO. 🥴
