Hi everyone, Jo hear again.
Thanks so much for joining us for this wonderful Clockwork Carnival and I hope you are enjoying it as much as we are.
Today I thought we would have some fun and decorate one of our MDF hearts. We will use some metallic Gilding Polish to coat the heart. Then create our own steampunk background using inks, stamps and brusho powder. This is such a fun way to create a background.
Once we have attached the card to the heart using our Bippity Boppity glue we will add our stamped embellishments, and some finishing touches. Glossy accents works really well with these stamped images.

Oh Jo, this is so pretty and love the heart, you are always so inpsiring and just loving your creativity and inpsiration... I always forget to spray my metallic Gilding Polish and sponge before storing... thanks for reminder xx
Jo this is a fantastic project! Your steampunk is so delicate and the new stamps are so creative- the wings -wow! I love the addition of the 3D pieces at the end. They finish it off wonderfully. Some chain to hang it would be nice. Thanks for sharing!😊

Right, to start with Jo... I had never thought of keeping rusty nails and pins and I know my husband has plenty in his garage! I am definitely going to give this a go for my daughters-in-law as they would just love it 😁I am blown away with every aspect and can't wait for the 16th March (my next pocket-money date!) to buy new stamps... those angel wings are perfect and the cogs... I have plenty of cog dies which I could add but will also buy some stamps... thank you so much 😊😍

Had to do it. Steampunk snack of choice according to Reddit - crumpets, English muffins, sponge cake, strawberries and cream, cucumber sandwiches - standard tea fare, and tea!

Hey beautiful lady. Look at you doing steampunk. I’m almost seventy years old and I love steampunk. I was a hippie back in the early seventies and I was steampunk before it had a name. We called it spikey hippie, and eccentric hippie type person. Oh those were the days. You’re younger than me but you do steampunk very well. You are so loved and it is very relaxing to watch you. Thanks for the time you give us!
