One kitten showed no signs of life and the cat did not lick it.

I saw that the kitten is alive and decided to take it to my lactating cat.
I was so worried that I didn’t even think to wash the kitten from the sand, but immediately gave it to the cat.
The kitten began to meow and my cat realized who was in front of her.
Our cat has already adopted one kitten and I was hoping that she would accept this one as well.
I tried to calm the cat while the kitten basked under her and looked for milk.
I ran a kitten through my cat's fur so that the kitten began to smell like a cat.

@@yanniquebournier2354c rdt vous sui dites n importe quoi. On voit que vous avez eu peu d expérience de sauvetage. Le nettoyer, en le rinçant, le réchauffer et seulement apres le mettre avec la chatte. C est donc la chatte qui va nettoyer tout ce sable. C est tres sympa pour elle.
@@tatooetugo Mon expérience : un chaton lavé par une amie alors que déshydraté - meurt juste après (et c'était dans un pays chaud !) Il suffit de l'essuyer Déjà un chat ne se lave que si plein de boue ou autre et éventuellement un chaton pour noyer ses parasites (mais en bonne santé)

Yeah, I wouldn't give my cat a dirty kitten. Feed it with a nurser bottle and kitten formula, then clean it up. Then see if mama will accept it.

Had many kittens. Stayed up all night to feed them. For us most died when I was doing it. But hubby was able to. And they survived. Makes you cry when they don't make it.😢

I had a Ferrell cat at one time. Her first litter came out hissing. The mother didn’t want to take care of them. I went to the vet and found out that I should feed formula ti the babies. They all died except for mom. It was her first litter and she didn’t seem to know what to do.

I've had to save a newborn kitten by cutting its umbilical cord. 😢 Unfortunately, it Didn't survive 24 hrs. I bottle fed it etc. Not sure how long it was laying there before I found it.

Usually the mom rejects if there is going to be any major health issues. They don't just throw them away, there's something wrong with it that's going to impact it's quality of life and ability to survive on its own

I hope you understand your actions were very dangerous and stupid. Stray cats don't throw out kittens from the den just for fun, the kitten was obviously sick and by forcing it into your cat den you threatened her kittens life too. Next time take it to the vet for examination as a first step.

In the mid 80s I lived in west LA for about a year. I found a kitten in the back yard. It's eyes weren't open and I didn't know what sex it was. Just that it was a manx. I started him on Gerber baby food and his first litter box was a 6 inch baking pan. Unfortunately, I had to put him to sleep at 2 years. He had congenital kidney failure.
