To be honest Paul I think you should have done that in the first place then you would have known they would be ok as you didn't know what condition they were in when they were in the other engine maybe it was the injectors
Those injectors will be the death of this engine too as they are already filling the engine up with diesel just like the last engine.

The return pipes do need to be clipped in. They’ll leak otherwise.

Paul because the copper washers wouldn't cost much I would buy extra....just incase !
