We had to buy it on the Xbox Marketplace. I didn't see it in stores when it first came out either. Brodozer and Earth Shaker are awesome. I'd love it if they added Brodozer to the game.
There's two ways to unlock the trucks fast. You can beat the career modes, but that can sometimes be tough. A really easy way to earn a lot of credits is to complete the first rhythm race on the game. It's super short and you can keep replaying it to earn a ton of credits to buy new trucks.
Nah 12 & 13x combos, backflips, frontflips, stoppies, moonwalks, barrelrolls, donuts etc. it’s hard with a fully decked truck, they loose control too fast.

I'm not sure, but the El Toro Loco run I had on our Anaheim video is the highest I've ever recorded. I scored over 50,000 points.
