The theme this year is In America, so JLo was one of the only people who were actually on theme. She went with American Cowboy, hence the cowboy hat.

Like the colours and the style, all resemble when the suffragettes were doing like activism and stuff in the era that they were around?? Correct me if i’m wrong but i feel like that’s what that was.

Just wanted to point out about the equal rights dress that it’s the colors that US suffragettes used and they wore sashes, and this is the centennial of voting rights for women. You probably knew this, and I agree with your point. It is indeed a hideous dress though and there were better ways to use the concept
