Great video!! Didn't know if you guys heard IHSA signed a contract to move the high school bass fishing championship to Lake Shelbyville. Pretty cool watching the kids weigh in and then awarding the trophies.
OMG...Cody making a fuss with the boat registration numbers being perfect then puts the tag crooked!!! Too funny. Y'all double dipping on the good life - RV and boat - way to go! Thanks for bringing us along.
🤣🤣That’s what we’re here for! Cody and I grew up vacationing on the lake and it contains some of our best childhood memories. We never regret getting our first boat to spend with Isaac.
NICE BOAT!!!! Great video. My kids were raised on a lake When my Boy was a teenager he had this Thing of skiing in February. The lake had a power plant that used the lake for cooling water. The warm water flowed back into the lake. He’s in the water. I’m swinging the rope to throw to him. He says “ Dad. Quit playing Roy Roger’s and throw the rope. It’s cold out here. 😂😂
🤣🤣 That’s great! Cody and I both grew up on a lake and we never regret doing the same with Isaac. Those are by far, some of our best childhood memories! ☺️
When you said that you were going to the shady side of town i was hoping that that the train horn would get stolen but i guess even thieves do not want a stupid train horn either! lol Calm down Cody, just goofing on ya, lol
Cody you look really happy on the boat and board. Y’all have made another great video great to see the pups out riding the cart. Stay safe and happy RVing.
Hey guys. We really enjoy all the videos We are getting ready to full time RV at least 6 months out of the year. Not selling the house Looking forward to getting on the road. Hope to see yall out there sometime Safe travels to yall
We love Lake Shelbyville! What campground do you guys stay at when you’re there? We had an older Crownline we would bring over, it’s such a beautiful lake❤
Haha it’s funny that you say that. We thought about it afterward that someone may say something, but we had a mirror, which allows you to pull without a spotter. We don’t like it AS much, but we were legal. 😊
It was hard this year, but the RV life is pretty great. We just tend to think of the money we’re spending and not using. The boat has been paid for, for a long while and the way these crazy prices are, I’m pretty sure the at I could sell it at a profit. Ha! So I’m just not quite ready to let it go!
Hey guys what e-bikes do you have? We are looking to buy a set for us, but our hitch is only rated for 150 pounds so we may need to get a rack for the truck bed above the cover
We have the XP Lite 2.0 (link below). They show to weigh 49 lbs each. If you ride a LOT, the tires are significantly smaller and likely less comfortable than the larger ones, but it does make it nice for lifting/weight. We ride just enough that it works. lectricebikes.sjv.io/c/4742497/1419701/16906 The bike rack we use is this one. You would need a heavier-rated one for a larger bike. www.amazon.com/dp/B086NJYQZZ/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_api_gl_i_674Z2BQP4XAF4EZAQ49Y?linkCode=ml2&tag=untethered0f7-20
Nice boat...recommend a jet propulsion vs prop? What are the requirements for residency in SD to register truck and rv? Thanks for video and safe travels!
Thank you! It has been great to us and there are so many benefits to a jet boat, like lower depth boating options, turning radius, little maintenance..etc. The only negatives that we have found, is the lower backing power. I think they have thrusters that you can add, but if it’s a windy day, I would take a prop boat any day, to have a little more backing power, to get out of the ramp area. I hesitate to say about the residency and registering, because it has been a while they change the criteria often. They do have it listed on their website and I’ll tell you that they made it really easy. For our residency, we had to bring a few documents and identification (may need more if you have ever had a name change, like marriage..etc.). The one thing that we kept hearing them turn people away for, is the requirement for a receipt of having stayed in the state for a night. I’m not sure if that has changed, but our campground filled out a hand written receipt with both of our names and we were good. Things like that. They set appts there, so we were in and out, had our driver’s licenses and gone within 15 minutes! The equipment registering took a LOT longer. But probably like any other DMV. 😂

The only thing we miss about going fulltime is selling the boat. I guess we can live through you guys!
Ahaha Learn to never let go of anything! 🤣
Great video!! Didn't know if you guys heard IHSA signed a contract to move the high school bass fishing championship to Lake Shelbyville. Pretty cool watching the kids weigh in and then awarding the trophies.
No I didn’t know that! I know they have a lot of tournaments throughout the year. That’s pretty neat!
OMG...Cody making a fuss with the boat registration numbers being perfect then puts the tag crooked!!! Too funny. Y'all double dipping on the good life - RV and boat - way to go! Thanks for bringing us along.
You got that right! ☺️☺️
Makes me miss my boat, which was very similar to yours.
What a fun day on the water.
Awe! I know. We do miss it when we’re gone, but the RV life is pretty great too! ☺️
Great video, boating gas was definitely a good call.
Yes it was!
Your boat videos helping me to sell it to the wife. We both enjoy your adventures. Take care.

Cody you look really happy on the boat and board. Y’all have made another great video great to see the pups out riding the cart. Stay safe and happy RVing.
Thank you so much! ☺️
Wow a few decades ago, we used to have a steel cable, on our winch, to pull our boat up on the trailer.
Things were built better anyways! 😁😁 You couldn’t beat up a pickup from the 70-80s! 😂
NICE! You guys should have been on "RV UNPLUGGED" this season, with those water skills!! 🤔😁
Hehe 😁
Another left foot forward skier! I thought I was the only one! Nice boat too!
😁Thank you!
I gain 10lbs every time I watch you guys, love you guys, y'all are the great!!! I watch every time you guys put out a new video, be safe ❤
Bahaha! Misery loves company!
Excellent photography skills while on the boat and waterboarding. And I agree with Angie, Cody is pretty handy and it is blazing hot
Thanks! I’m a lucky gal! ☺️

You completely missed out on the Crown Candy BLT or Egg Salad! The wait goes fast and is worth it.
Ugggghh our friends said the same thing! We will need to go visit them again, so next time, we'll make a plan!!
Great Father's Day! Thank you!
Thanks!
Did you meet Andy Candy at Crown Candy?!!! The BLT is amazing! And, they have original Malts!
No we didn’t. Our friends told us later that we missed out on their BLT. I guess we’re going back one day! 😂
Love your boat 😊
Thank you!

Thank you!
Water, boat, ike what a great Father’s day

Absolutely gorgeous guys. Do you guys have room for a 20 foot travel travel we will buy the fuel and extras lol
Hahaha

We have a private campground that we have been at for about ten years, but they do have several campgrounds around the area. We launch by Lone Point.
Water look FINE. What’s up girl, you don’t water ski?
😆It has been a little while..true!
Nice boat!!!!
Thanks!
Do you not have to have a spotter with you in the boat when you’re skiing like that you have to have three people normally great video

With the boat how do you stand being away from your “home” base during the summer? Summertime = lake days!
