A very good movie. The two generals man-woman duo was really endearing. They had strong chemistry, it was incredible never seen that. like a story inside a story. Many absolutely great characters in that movie and very humoristic moments. I liked the Annam (vietnam) court jokes. The King Toad gift, rmfol. lol.

Killing, because killing just never bothers me. I loved the reaction to her killing herself. She should have considered leaving him instead. I guess she should have been in the monestary, from her reaction to the kind of guy he was panning out to be, really fricken hilarious. Women sure are oblivios, but this one noticed early on in the relationship.

REAL IMPORTANT to listen good to the narration, then read description to keep up well with this movie. Commenters say how good story line was and ever changing as well. Some tips if good: Chief Marshall Cheng Ho is (Chin Han). General Ma is (Kong Ban). Commander Tang Ying (Ivy Ling Po) pretending to be a man. The merchant Wang (Han Ying) is the wild card. Chan Chu Ye is (Lo Lieh) and is sporadic in and out of movie. There is a well rounded good mix of kung fu & weapons action. Goognam commenter makes a good point too.
The dubbing makes this feel like a Monty Python movie

Its a movie , Not a tournament. I dont know Kung Fu either , But i like pretending i do .
