INGREDIENTS:
6-7 Dry Red Chillies,
1 tsp cumin,
½ tsp coriander powder,
¼ tsp Carom Seeds
¼ cup All purpose flour,
¼ cup Cornflour
¼ cup gram flour
2-3 pinches turmeric powder,
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder,
½ tsp chaat masala,
½ tsp dry mango powder,
2-3 pinches garam masala
½ tsp dry Fenugreek leaves
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 egg
some fresh coriander leaves
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp water
oil for frying
for chutney
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
½ tsp dry mango powder
¼ tsp salt
some water
1 lemon's juice
