Great video. My main problem in Parkitect has always been (and still is) making things too boxy. Boxy is safe. Boxy is comfortable. Boxy is BORING. You better believe I'm going to be applying your design tips today! And I too get those random design ideas like, "Ohhh wait. What if I added this here?" Or "I could use a glass wall here and paint it red to match the ride itself...!" Parkitect is great.
I've had a ton of fun mimicking and developing on the building styles from the campaign scenarios, so seeing how you design your structures is really cool!
Thank you so much!! My builds are so poor and I needed a simple tutorial to help me think how to build. I just throw pavillions and umbrellas all over the place 🤣🤣

Great video! Very inspiring and thanks for sharing your thought process.
Wow, you are good at this. What you consider simple and generic would take me forever to build.
Thank you so much for this video it has realy helped me to improve the design of my buildings
Danke! Nice video
Hey, awesome building but how do you save like a zone to make it in other park? I’m making a rollercoaster but the decoration doesn’t save
Near the bulldozer icon is the blueprint icon. You can make blueprints of rides and scenery.
@@AstroTron thank you!
Tips my hat at you!
Thank you for your tip
It is useful ^_^
how do you keep a big grid on pillars by default?
You can't change the default grid on pillars. I change it to grid 1 manually. Alt + 1 is the key bind.
Thank you sir.
How do you make your pillars clip
Press and hold "left alt" enables snap grid.
I didn't watch the whole video because I was already inspired at 3:56
