I love all redesigns that you have made, but I think the problem with a lot them is when you “upgrade” them they lose their original designs and ideas e.g the robotic chef was turned into a war machine losing he’s original idea of being a robotic chef, I think instead you could have turned him into the ultimate robot chef adding doctor octopus arms holding cooking utensils and ingredients so he can cook any meal in seconds keeping the original idea but still “upgrading” it. I don’t dislike any of these redesigns I just would like it if they kept the original idea of the mini figures.
Yeah, I wouldn’t really call any of these upgrades so much as using them as the basis or inspiration for awesome new characters. Because all of these are really cool...but they're not the space minifigure line anymore.
For the ice planet explorer, I would take the helmet and put it on the Cole minifigure from Cole's titan mech (71821) and give him the marge date night arms.

With the robot butler, I used the green bowl piece and a transparent head in the same color to make a slime. I put one of those crown/ tiara pieces to make it the queen of the slimes.
I love what you did with the flying socer figure! The figure's I got were the Ice Explorer, Orion, and the Alien Beetlezoid, the upgrades you made for them look great!
Folks still looking for these ones, my local Walmart Neighborhood Market on the side of the highway still has almost _two full boxes_ of these figs still in stock. I got the full set thanks to them, and a couple choice duplicates. So check those out-of-the-way shops, you might find what you're looking for.

I think I have a good idea. Basically you use the head and a torso and you make some kind of building station where the aliens are building it and you can also build more stuff for the aliens. Hope you like it.
I love getting multiple of figs just so i can have the original and also have extra parts to mix and match and make other characters. I buy duplicates of CMF's often and really need to stop spending money 😂

I think the blacktron mutant minifigure is the PERFECT for a zombie Apocalypse survivor which is half-infected.

I made a mech for the mini-aliens using the Alien controlled humans head, a yellow space helmet, and the legs and torso from the robot in series 22
Use the series 22 yellow robot and replace the head for the alien cockpit
