Just did a draft at #9 slot and to my surprise QBs & RBs went earlier than expected, landed Lamb,Puka,G Wilson,Deebo,Kirk & Hollywood but guy picking 10th landed Chase & JJ then added London. This is a 1 QB ten team leauge! At QB I had to reach for Murray because they were flying off the 5:46 board, RBs got White,KW3,Chubb,Z White & Brown.
This is a fallacy. Your best ball strategies will not translate to redraft...I'd rather go gibbs saquon at the 1-2 turn and then load reciever rounds 3-7 instead of taking my rb 1 in round 5. Lots of question marks down there
I agree and I’ve always went RB heavy, I’ve taken RBs n the past with first 4 picks! This year I’ve went WR heavy starting out going first 3 on position and times first four depending on which WRs are left. The worst #1 RB I’ve got so far is R White, RB2 is different story but I’ve been able to land Z White on all 4 teams, like adding Chubb & Brown and Gus or Moss. Good luck my friend.
If you’re worried about Kupp cutting into Puka then you’ve got to be worried about Chase,Aiyuk,AJ & Tyreek! If you allow fear to dictate your decision your team will blow!!
I got Nico for Trey McBride late in the season because I also had Leporta and Dell. Dell got hurt and the man absolutely peaked. I agree he’s not a 1 unless circumstances provide it. Currently in redraft I’m take them all in the WR2/3 range.
Nico is the 1 in Houston. Has the lowest floor and quickly you guys forget the absolute monster games end of season last year. When defenses knew he was the #1. Diggs and Tank will have monster weeks no doubt but far more single digit point games
When Tank was injured, who was Nico battling for touches? Nico did nothing for first two years, THEN when he’s the only decent and healthy WR, he does good. Exact same situation with 2021 Hunter Renfrow. Nothing his first two years, then 1,000+ yards and 8 TD after top WR arrested, Too TE (Waller)injured and top RB(Jacobs) injured. 2022, folks talked about how great Renfrow was and NOW he’s out of the league after doing nothing in 2022 and 2023. Nico had situational success.
There is always if a guy drops, I’ll take him. Most of these guys at adp, no won’t be on my team. Lamb vs. Amon ra vs. bijan is a hard decision if all 3 are available. If I must take one, lamb but I feel I’m going to burn in hell, just his ceiling and floor is just crazy and only competition is fergenson
All three of the options above to me are safer bets than t hill, cmc, jj, or chase. Just too much risk with these 4, and first round or 3 is all about risk mitigation. But I agree lamb can’t go up further, but trying to guess when a decline happens, I’ll keep a close eye on pre season, if lamb or dak have issues, then I agree I’m out.
Granted Justin was really only down because of injury last year. I'm just concerned about the QB situation. Jefferson is the main target. No doubt about that. Just think it'll be hard for a monster year. I'll put him equivalent to his rookie year, with these QB's. As far as RB's there are some gems going late, but it's getting harder and harder to get a true workhorse RB.
Also Joe you don’t have to agree I think Reed is the wr1. Now he will have weeks where he might get scored but idk as a rookie have production just as much as a year 2 guy… idk to me that makes home better also, if Doubs and Watson were like that would they have drafted Reed??? Lastly I think his upside is def higher than doubs doubs will get a few tds and yardage but come on we want the home run hitter
Same could be said for Palmer and QJ. My money is on McConkey. Palmer had the chance to have it all to himself last year and didn’t impress. QJ had a horrid rookie year that is hard to project positively going forward.

This is the year where you could go robust WR and still get good RB.
Yes

@countrybumkiniii9003 White wont be there come August your Rb 1 is gonna be someone like a dobbins or akers from last year
Tim got that dial up Internet. Poor guy
Thxs for the video!!!
He was at his sisters house. Usually we are really good. He was dog sitting lol
It sucked, but the show must go on!
And that is why WE LUV Y'ALL
I've seen Kupp coming off in the 4th consistently. Cant use best ball adp as your marker running backs will be pushed up in redraft
Wont be drafting him anywhere.
Baldguy has a good point on Marvin Harrison Jr.
Baldguy makes some good points
To me, it's just a high price for a rookie with a QB that hasn't been able to produce, except with a huge talent like Deandre Hopkins a few years ago.
we will see...maybe he is what they all say he is
If you’re worried about Kupp cutting into Puka then you’ve got to be worried about Chase,Aiyuk,AJ & Tyreek! If you allow fear to dictate your decision your team will blow!!
I’m not drafting any of those guys. Chase is good.
Kupp over Allen
Allens in a 3 wr committee. Nuff said
Yup
2023 Nico Collins was 2021 Hunter Renfrow. The best that was healthy. Diggs is a stud
Puka or Harrison if you had to pick one?
Harrison doesn’t have Kupp with him. Harrison.
Go with the proven commodity, Puka!
Hey, FFC. Who do u like better, PUKA or DELL? Both got competition. DELL is looking explosive in OTA's. Love the content.
Based on Value Dell but he has more competition.
I got Nico for Trey McBride late in the season because I also had Leporta and Dell. Dell got hurt and the man absolutely peaked. I agree he’s not a 1 unless circumstances provide it. Currently in redraft I’m take them all in the WR2/3 range.
Great coverage can't wait for the season to start. Tim freezing was funny but I rather take Allen over cupp. He is hurt but he always produces.

At current ADP, I'd rather draft a QB or TE than Keenan Allen or Kupp. Mcbride or Kincaid maybe?

Yeah. I can agree with that
Dont forget Kyler has got better in those years since Hopkins...MHJ is best prospect in many many years
There is always if a guy drops, I’ll take him. Most of these guys at adp, no won’t be on my team.
Lamb vs. Amon ra vs. bijan is a hard decision if all 3 are available. If I must take one, lamb but I feel I’m going to burn in hell, just his ceiling and floor is just crazy and only competition is fergenson
Yeah he due for a decline but the situation is primed
All three of the options above to me are safer bets than t hill, cmc, jj, or chase. Just too much risk with these 4, and first round or 3 is all about risk mitigation.
But I agree lamb can’t go up further, but trying to guess when a decline happens, I’ll keep a close eye on pre season, if lamb or dak have issues, then I agree I’m out.
I also can’t eliminate half of the players as do not draft, I prefer to call it avoid at adp.
Morning ✌️
Morning!
Thx couns
Feel like there’s more RB value this year. I wouldn’t mind going JJ, he’s elite & down year last year
Granted Justin was really only down because of injury last year. I'm just concerned about the QB situation. Jefferson is the main target. No doubt about that. Just think it'll be hard for a monster year. I'll put him equivalent to his rookie year, with these QB's. I don’t trust the QB. But it would be a high volume situation
Also Joe you don’t have to agree I think Reed is the wr1. Doubs was the guy in the playoff game last year. Its a mess over there. But like Love!
@@fantasyfootballcounselor Gainwell was getting work for the eagles on their road to the Super Bowl, very next season swift was the rb1
Tim is funny
He’s a character
Then I’m drunk too, Bijan, Hall..1,2
Diggs disappears when you need him...in the playoffs...ill pass.
Definitely
What up Joseph and Tim the bald guy 👴
Go time!
@@fantasyfootballcounselorUnfortunately, not until hopefully, mid-august. If everything goes good so far, so good
I laugh when i hear Ladd McConkey is gonna be the WR1 on the Chargers. 🤣🤣🤣
Yeah you never know…. Could be QJ
Same could be said for Palmer and QJ. My money is on McConkey. Palmer had the chance to have it all to himself last year and didn’t impress. QJ had a horrid rookie year that is hard to project positively going forward.
The bald guy!
That’s him!
