im a retailhead btw i dont know some classic interactions

They're lv10, shaman is the only healer there and needs 2 seconds to cast a heal, and as its not a dungeon, they just heal when needed, and otherwise dps - he died too quickly for a heal
Also hard to be sure from the angle, but he did run into a corner on a raised section, there's a good chance he LoS'd the healer which is why right after he dies you see the healer right in front of him to get back in LoS

Ehhhh yes and no, the shadow bolts deal a ton of damage and they didn't realize they aggro'd the bottom caster. By the time he called out for a heal the shaman reacted within 1s~ but it was too little to late, if he had been more aware of the incoming casts I think he could have saved him.
