I like tame builds. It's so easy to tempt yourself in to going all-max-everything but honestly sometimes a slide-y ~4-500pp Silvia or something just scratches the right spot. Granted this Celica is still a bit insane, but you get the idea :p
yeah. i usually keep my cars at sports build level. Keeping it as vanilla as possible. with a few exceptions which have multiple load out for multiple occasions
@@SiD19884 Same here, other than the cars built specifically for the 6-700pp races (I'm too lazy to flip between tuning sheets 😂) I have a surprising number of mostly stock (with wide body/custom kits) cars.
I did this for myself in FM4, made my own "race class" of A-class cars with very balanced tuning. the 700hp+, racing slicks, insane downforce, sequential box, gets bland after a while
fun fact : the st205's TRD street Type I wing is compatible with the supra rear mounting point without modification. If you like green i would recommend running deep jewel green exclusive to celica in 96/supra in 97 and Speedline SL1214 (Six spoke with internal ribs) to elevate the perceived value with this rare OEM factory option combination.
@@NevinMuscle yes you can play on ps5 but, grand Turismo 7 does not have a free PS5 upgrade. If you have the PS4 version, you don’t need to pay full price for the PS5 game, but 10 for the the upgrade
I got that car for pure nostalgia. I remember it was one of the best cars to start with on Gran Turismo 2, you could get it used for about 9000 credits, just shy of the starting 10k you get at the begning of the game. It was a great car to tune. I got it on my GT7 campaign and even painted with the same Red and used the same OZ white wheels like the original used car from GT2.
The last car you passed to be first was very shy at curves but when you went ahead of him he trusted in your braking, he could have win but he did not trust his car enough in curves. You did awesome!
Agreed, outside of NFS (which is trash) you rarely/barely hear the turbos/chargers in games. Irl I heard a supercharged Holden Statesman the other day, coming from a block away. That whine signalled it's arrival close to a minute before I actually saw it.
This is a really well done build. At first I thought you downtuned it but I was wrong just a well thought out and stable high speed circuit racer. My favorite kind of build. I aim for exact suggested pp and its nice to see its possible to go further in that goal.
It used to be like that back in the old production class days around Bathurst. The little cars would get in front over the hill areas because of their weight/braking abilty and the big heavy V8's would play catch up on the straight areas. Some great tussles back in the day!
like, every time i see a thumbnail for this game im always like wow thats a cool car, who owns that, and then i see its grand tourismo again, my eyes and brain are still adjusting to realizing this game is not a real racing video. lol
My bro is like that with his first, a Holden VL Calais. They're upwards of $40,000 in good condition now though and I like to find them and remind him what he gave up. He's running a 400 hp Falcon XR6 FG Ute now but he still pines for the VL.
@@MichaelJP I've noticed over the years that most people love their first cars most of all. Now I drive a 1970 Oldsmobile 442, but I'd have to say it's a toss up of whether I like it, or the Celica more.
@@mrnobody6609 I've found that too. Also would have trouble picking between the heavy rumble of a big block V8 cruiser or the "pshhhh stututu" boosted corner eater! 😄
I love this car people would sleep on it all day with my FH5 build because I left it as was in terms of cosmetics so it didn’t look like anything special, but with that AWD holy grip that thing nearly loves corners more than straights! Can’t wait to round out my build of it on GT7 though just got the game yesterday and I’ve got 46 cars.. I understand it’s not difficult to unlock cars in this game but this still isn’t good 🤣
While I was playing GT2, second hand 1990 celica gt4 was always my first car to go, you could easily pummel through most races with a bit of an upgrade.
Love the content. Could you do a video explaining how you usually go about a custom suspension/ diff setup? That's one thing I seem to be struggling with when it comes to builds. Thanks!
Hey Rowdy! Loving the vids and content, keep it up. Only feed back - might be worth playing around with your home page so it’s easier to find your newest stuff :) keen to keep watching and see what you put out next !
12:36 i hope that camera mode has a setting to disable the panning or camera movement, it should behave like a "Fixed go pro" to actually be usable, something like the TV Side Pod from Formula 1, completely stable relative to the car. It feels weird watching this video in that mode, would be a lot worse actually playing it.
the second hand coming on the wheel in hard turning and the hand not quickly changing from the wheel to the shifter on the straights the wheel turning more the 90 degrees graphics sounds sure there not the same game but this game looks marginally better then fh5 coming from someone who has never played a gt game and has played almost every forza game

The sounds and graphics are just stunning! I'm hoping I can get a PS5 soon, the shortage situation sucks.
I hope you get one too. Its amazing. And this game is incredible!!!
An if u get a ps4 version of the game like u can also play it on the ps5 that’s beet part of backwards compatible

GT7 by far has some of the best camera angles for replays
Facts
Always has been...
This game is beautiful... the detail is unreal...
the lighting for the tail lights b so real finally a game nailed it down
The Celica is a real sleeper and hella fun to throw around
Nice racing, man! You kept it nice and reserved and nailed the win. 😀 Not gonna lie, it is trippy seeing a Celica racing against *those* road cars. 😆
GT7 is the best thing happened in 2022
One of my favorite features in gt7 so far is the scapes movies, right at the start of this video. Its the (almost) perfect screensaver.
The last car you passed to be first was very shy at curves but when you went ahead of him he trusted in your braking, he could have win but he did not trust his car enough in curves. You did awesome!
Replays in GT are pure masterpiece
I love the sound of the turbine filling, it's really cool and it has a slight turbo lag on low too that's perfect

Ah yes, the car you tuned and drove at your 10k sub stream. Was a fun watch and congrats on 10k subs!
Coming to this channel to watch each new video is like visiting a winery where you get to sample a new nice wine each time
Nice tasteful build here, you should do the 2014 VW Golf next as a antilag build, imagine the pops and crackles in that bad boy
He’s driving like God Arm (with how he holds the wheel and shifter at the same time and keeping the car under control)
This was one of my first cars off the bat. Love it.

Proper rally car noises!! Very nice, very nice.
I just built mine last night! It is a good car to go with! The color I went with Lamborghini Orange Pearl metallic with black side mirrors and wheels.
That Trueno is doing pretty well holding it's own against those cars ha

This is insaaane, as a Forza guy I think Forza have to work very hard to beat this stunning graphics

Me encanta la cámara interior que se mueva así! mas inmersión!
2:20 gave me chills brooooooo
Wish more people did mid-level builds.
10:06 this game looks like its 10years old here
You have got me into building cars on GT7 !! It's so much fun!!
Let's goo Toyota Celica
Kudos to the Delorean driver there.
0:o man, MAN I FUCKING LOVE THOS GAFICS
Now I miss my ST205 🥰 real good representation of it ingame!
Scotty Kilmer approves.
This was so satisfying to watch💯🙏
A tear in Scotty Kilmer's eye right now
what a rocket for this kind of car !
Scotty Kilmer said these are the most indestructible vehicles. Lol going to do a full paint scheme of his personal Celica
Back to GT1, Celica my favorite!
Scotty kilmer will love that 😊

I didnt even recognize Mount Panorama on the thumbnail !
This game is 🔥🔥🔥
This game is SO EPIC!
The pilot is a pro , He drives with one hand
That vette should be walking past all those cars.
THE ABSOLUTE DISRESPECT WITH THE CAMERA CHANGE HAD ME DIED
GT7 look really nice... but I hate floating car while driving inside... and after corner when you drive already straight wheel still turning xD
@Kill Bill look carefully when you exit corner... sorry not WHEEL but steering wheel lol xD
This looks so good
Good driving
She. Is. A. BEAUTY!!!
I was wondering why the first track looked so familiar. And i was lik ohhhhhhhh waiiiiit i play car x and this track is also in car x
Love your videos. Any chance you could make a video on the 99 Impreza wrx sti coupe?
Ayyy Bathurst respect
Spettacolare
This game is beautiful
the engine sounds more low-revving than what I remember from the 3SG engine
A gran gran turismo, finally🙂
i wish they animated the driver to use the clutch
I can’t wait till the st185 gt4 is in the game so I can finally have my alltrac on PlayStation
Might just get a ps5 just for Grand turismo 7

Hey mate can you do a 2004 wrx sti vid? Please.
bro you gotta do a Hyundai Genesis Build !!
That whistle 😍 👌
I havent started my Celica GT 95 in 2 years
I built one of em too there pretty neat lot of lift off over oversteer tho
Good driving...but in that second lap...I wouldn't have block the car on the straight...he would have to show me what his machine is made of!
Nice vid. What are your wheel settings?
Great vid, how do you do the third person cockpit view?
we need more camara angles while driving!!!
That’s pretty much all of them. Soz
didnt know the celica was even in the game, didnt see it in the list, or is it a used/unlockable? thought it was a mod at first
On my screen the exhaust is cover by those letters how did you move those away ?
Damb they really expect you to gain 19 positions in 2 laps
Wooww man ilike mi car green😎🤗🙃☺️🤩👍👌
How were you able to get it in GT7? I looked at the used car section and it was sold out. Haven’t seen it available again since playing the game.
They really need to work on the sound design for this game. take a look at assetto corsa, most cars on there sound fucking sick
I think because AC sounds mechanical unlike to GT7, its sounds Clean
I really want this game, how long is the end game n how many hours u have put in this game, to unlock every car….ANYONE
>"I went for a more tame build."
> 0.2s later with firehose exhaust
Jokes aside, awesome build.
hmmm *click* nice
please can you do the 2022 Elantra N PLEASE!!!
please test all Lancer Evos
Rowby you think you would make a video on gt7 with only replays
"Handles Great especially in the rain" when tuned lmaoo, first time you used it, it was rough brother (edit: 25k in 2 to 3 weeks?!?!) SHHHHEESSSH
Improved the tuning slightly and got more practice with heel-toe on my pedals. Always improving
Just saying just look in to it
Can you explain to me how to get this car? and others like Alfa Romeo 155? When i try to buy them in the dealership this cars not appear, do you need to unlock them on the cafe? i dont get it...
Karin Calico!!!
m4 build next?
