I don't have any skin in the game with Arkansas but I feel very strong about Coach Pittman. I am glad he survived last year and thankful Arkansas is continuing to keep him on. In my opinion Coach Pittman is a keeper. He's one of the most genuine people ever. If I had a son that could play college football I would definitely want him to play for this man. I wish Arkansas a very successful year and may Coach Pittman be there for many years to come.

I’m not an Arkansas fan but I really admire Pittman. Last years record was not great for him but most of his losses were very close games. I don’t think they are far away from turning it around
I think Sam is a good soul and everybody likes him and wants him to succeed and I do too. He loves Arkansas and that counts a bunch for Razorback fans. Last year when Kendal Briles left for TCU he hired an O coordinator that runs an old style Big Ten Pro Style offence like Brett Bielema ran at Wisconsin and then at Ark. and now at Illinois. While i actually like the old smashmouth Pro Style that Iowa and Mich. and Barry Alverez ran at Wisky, the athletes at Ark. were recruited for a wide open spread and they tried to fit these athletes to a scheme they were not recruited for or used to. This resulted in a terrible offence and a 4-8 season. The Defense was improved but the offence was a disaster. It absolutely ruined things for QB K J who was not used to this offence nor ideally suited for it. That's my take and hopefully Bobby P. can straighten things out on offence and help Sam with the coaching like Barry Odem did. I am hopeful but optimistic with the schedule we're up against. Really looking forward to the Okla. ST. game this year in Stillwater. Go Hogs Wo Pig Souie!
Cannot motivate the team and is insulted when questioned about losing from his hand picked media members. Not a nice guy. The team quit last year and that is on Pittman. The team will probably quit again this year. It took Petrino three years to win here and Petrino didn't have dead weight like Pittman between him the team. Yurachek is just like Long by putting his relationship with coaches above a winning football program.

I was dead set against hiring Bobby Petrino. However, like the schedule, it is what it is and he is now the OC. Do I like it? No. Will I be supporting the Hogs despite the hire? Hell yeah. WPS
The return of Bobby lifts the CURSE a curse TOTALLY the fault of sorry "fans" like YOU! Had Bobby not been fired we would have at least one of the titles taken by Saban.
Paul is so nice to Sam. It would be easy to make this interview ugly given the disaster 2023 was . Hard to have a good offense when your offensive coordinator is going through a divorce. Sam will likely be much better served by Bobby Petrino this coming fall. The Hawgs could have easily been a nice bowl team last season with a better offense, as they had lots of one possession games.

Enos wasn't going through a divorce when Miami fired him after 1 year a couple of years ago for the same reasons Pittman fired him.
