I will definitely have to try the banana blossoms, I love using impossible sausage the spicy in my greens. When I was eating meat I would use turkey sausage but now impossible comes through with that flavor 😋

I’ve never seen anyone put a sweetener in greens. Dumb question, can you taste the sweetness? I do like using the banana blossom for my faux fish. 😊. Looks good.
@katiemarbley3555 That is for a very good reason. Avoid sweetening them at all costs. Unless you are tired of having delicious ones, that is. If you have any idea at all how to up the acid with vinegar, less than zero sweetening will ever be needed. Greens don't and won't need a salad dressing when done properly.
Did you rinse the brine off? I add nori furikake, dill weed, old bay, garlic powder , smoked paprika, citrus seasoning from Trader Joe's(for that lemony flavor). I buy the big container of Zatarain's fish Fri to coat it. My family and I enjoy it.

I'm speaking about all the sodium content..Onion soup mix,all purpose seasoning,hot sauce,worcheshire sauce. I wouldn't eat green water either Love. No harm intended but I stand on what I said. It's not healthy causes high Blood pressure & Strokes. God ❤Bless you❤

I would love to try this as an alternative to hearts of palm, which I still love. But I'm allergic to bananas.
