    If you have knee problems, this workout is for you. It has standing knee stretches that will help get rid of the pain and strengthen your knees.
    This standing knee stretching workout is also ideal for those who don't have knee pain as it will prevent it.
    Do this workout after your workout to cool down and speed up recovery.
    Some of the exercises in this knee workout require balance. Feel free to hold on to a wall for support if you lack balance.

    Thank you very much. I have liked and saved this video. Very good for my knees after the workout, I love it. Once I "graduate" I can then move on to harder ones.

    I have some knees pain mostly when I do lunges. I can't even do lunges properly. I would like to know some exercises to strengthen my knees.

      Hello there! Maybe try and practice your squats with a chair and tap the chair when you got down, and take some breaks if you need. Fast walking is also good for improving strength without putting stress in your knees! Hope it helps

      I already started the fast walking a few days ago. I will try the exercise you suggested with a chair. It's so frustrating not be able to do forward or static lunges.. It really hurts a bit and I lose all the strength in my knees.

    Unlike other trainers or youtubers, they didn't show any importance of stretching or warm up at all. Instead they proceed to hard exercises. Devastated and stupid of me to follow em and proceed to heavy exercise.
    Lucky to found this channel! Atleast now i won't be suffering any tight feeling and less muscle pain. ❤ Thanks sir! ❤️🔥
