Go for Moonshadow if your Plum Sword is already A5. DKD is the strongest in terms of raw power, but Moonshadow is more useful overall for the different game modes and it helps you clear the story just as well as DKD would. Pair Moonshadow with Sonic Stream: Magnifying Slashes skill.

For Jinwoo, you should focus on getting the Plum Sword to A5 and start working on Moonshadow, which you also want to get to A5. The Plum/Moonshadow/Magnifying Slashes skill combination will carry you through most of the content in this game. Grimoire is only really good for Guild Boss as far as I know. For hunters, you want to focus on getting Thomas Andre and Go Gunhee to A5 (prioritize Thomas). You'll most likely be trying to get the new support (Akari) that will be coming out to be the 3rd member for this team. There is speculation that the upcoming Jeju Island content will have a fire/light weakness, so you'll get a lot of mileage out of this team. The Thomas-Gunhee pairing is the strongest in the game at the moment.

You can still use either Cha or Min to fill in the 3rd slot of the Thomas/Gunhee team for now since Gunhee's A1 passive benefits from having more light hunters on the team. Every hunter still has a purpose, but overall you'll want to be focusing your resources on Thomas and Gunhee moving forward.
